My go to place!
I love staying at residence inn, and this time was no different with one small exception. The room was great, we love the bed and pull out. The kitchen is top notch, and it feels like you have everything you need in a little apartment. We had a problem neighbor that the desk took too long to address so that's the only problem we had (some jerks having a party at 2 am). Otherwise, the location is central and the price is right. Kids love the breakfast with waffle maker! Even had sugar free syrup for my kid!

GOOD LOCATION
The room was very clean & I loved having a separate sitting area. The full size kitchen was nice to have. loved the coffee!

We shopped, went out to eat, pool, cooked out on grill. Cannot think of anything that was missing that would have made my stay more enjoyable. The kitchenette was an A+. The serving of hot breakfast daily & three days of buffet social. We loved it.

Residence Marriott
This is a perfect location to access Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. Very close to I-25. Only 20-25 minutes from airport. The complimentary breakfast buffet each morning was wonderful and the complimentary evening meal Mon-Wed was a treat. The kitchen gave us the opportunity to fix dinner in our room and keep milk cold for our child. We would surely stay in the Residence Marriott when vacationing in Colorado Springs. Clean rooms everyday!

Short drive from hotel
Austin Bluffs drive will take you directly to Garden of the Gods and right into Manitou Springs. From Hwy 24 you can visit Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, Cog Railway, Pikes Peak drive. Highly Recommend taking the Pikes Peak drive to the top of Pikes Peak. Worth the $12/person admission fee. It will take approximately 3-4 round trip. Spectacular! Also, drive down Hwy 115 to Cannon (approx. 45 min) for the Royal Gorge Railway and Bridge.

Comforts of home
Close to good restaurants. Traffic on access road is very noisy and busy. Assess from the South requires a U turn or driving past the hotel. Food was acceptable.

Childhood memories
I had booked a few rooms for myself and some family. I had no idea when I booked the rooms that The Residence Inn is where we stayed at when I was younger. I remember as a child staying at Residence Inn during my families vactions, but being the youngest and all grown up it's been awhile. All the memories came back as I opened the door to our suite. My family spent most of out time talking about all the memories we had years before staying Residence Inn. It was awesome!

Residence Inn Co. Springs Central
The hotel was in a great location-central to everything. The staff was very helpful and the room was so comfortable. It's great to have a kitchen, living space, wood fireplace and free fast internet. We were in town to shop and play.
