BEST WESTERN Executive Inn & Suites

Very loud neighbors, walls are very thin. It felt like they were having a conversation in our room. After notifying the front desk of the noise level they immediately tried to keep our neighbors quiet.

The staff was really nice, especially in the morning with the free breakfast. They let us check in late, which was really helpful since we didn't know when we would be able to get to the hotel. Nothing too fancy about it, but it was really good for the price we paid!

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great! The only complaint that I have is that the room I stayed (145) in was right next to the "laundry/houskeeping" room. This was a problem because every time the washer went off it caused a huge banging noise on the wall in our room and caused the lampshades to even shake. This was a multiple time daily occurrence and got highly annoying. Other than that issue, the hotel was average.

We had a pleasant stay here and really enjoyed the breakfasts. The hot tub was not working and there was no refrigerator in the room. The rooms were tastefully decorated but not as spacious as some.

Our experience was tainted by the family staying in the room next to ours. This family was extremely loud up to 1 o'clock that morning. However, the staff did their very best to try to quiet this family.

Accommodations were close but comfortable. The breakfast bar, while providing fare similar to most any other Great Western, was very well presented and maintained by a very energetic staff member. My only complaint about my stay was that the WiFi service was unreliable at times when it was really needed.

Excellent service, room was average, but clean. No complaints with the room or hotel. Located by dining venues and major highways. Less than 10 miles from airport.

The bed was so comfortable. On the down side, the tub did not drain well and the carpet was old. The room staff did a good job cleaning, but with the age of the flooring, it just never looked clean. The staff at the desk went the extra mile to be helpful. The breakfast was OK- the eggs (scrambled) could have been better. The fruit was fresh and good. The location was OK. Not too far from most of the attractions. Restaurants were close, as was the movie theater and some other stores.We really did have a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Unfortunately, my car had two windows broken out and over 1,500 dollars in items stolen in the hotel parking lot. The police would not help us because the hotel did not have any surveillance cameras or security. The hotel staff cleaned up the broken glass outside on the ground and let us use one of their vacuum cleaners to clean all the glass out of our car. My husband and I were very upset that the hotel did not offer any other assistance and did not seem concerned, like it was an everyday thing. We spoke to a local waitress and she said her car had been broken in to three or four times. We absolutely will not be going back to Colorado Springs and will not ever stay in a hotel that does not have security or cameras.
