Perfect Mountain Lodge
Thank God for the Crystal Peak Lodge! We found ourselves without a reservation after a mix-up of dates. Our condo was modern with mountain charm. The decor was great and the overall atmosphere was very calming. The staff at Crystal Peak Lodge were very accomodating and helpful. When we wanted to go into the hot tub they let us go in after hours. When we wanted to leave our car in their garage after we checked out they let us! Their free shuttle was prompt and the driver offered recomendations for town. We couldn't be happier with our stay. However the only negative is that the gondola was a bit noisy in and the room was alittle stuffy because of no air conditioning.

Unexpected disappointment
We decided to getaway for a day and booked the two bedroom suite. Not only was the room right next door to the gondala which was extremly noisy, but the room itself was so hot it felt like we were in a sauna. When we asked to be transferred to a different room, the employee staff were not very willing to help us out and said that the only available room was the one next to the elevator! Plus there is no pool! My husband and I have two little ones and this place is definately NOT kid friendly!!

Great Breckenridge Destination
Beautiful views and beautifully appointed and clean accommodations. Beds were the most comfortable we've experienced at any high end lodging in which we've stayed. Check-in was a bit of a hassle since our location did not have hotel staff on duty due to the slow season. There was a paper posted on the outside lobby door indicating to drive to the lodge a block back from our location for check-in. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating...may have been due to the fact that it was very slow as it is low season. The only negative experiences were that we did not have hot water for our morning showers. Also, between 2:00-4:30 am could not sleep due to a large group of rough, rowdy, and extremely noisy guests...not the sort one would expect to encounter at this lodging location. The lodge staff or security did not appear at our location to put a stop to what was going on. All things considered, would stay there again.

Nice Place !
We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condo. Super nice, well thought out furnishings with 3 tvs.. the family room having a 5.1 surround system. We had a nice large balcony overlooking the ski lift. Property also included heated underground parking, nice hot tub, fitness room, and game room with pool table. Well worth a few extra bucks to stay here if you are visiting Breckenridge.

Summertime in the Rockies
My wife's eyes beamed as we entered our luxurious 1 BR condo. The kitchen sported high quality stainless applliances and beautiful hardwood cabinets under granite countertops. The open living room/ eat-in kitchen was well furnished, and included a large flat screen TV above the fireplace. It opened to a large balcony with a sweeping view of the mountains across the valley. The BR was large and very comfortable, also with its own flat screen. To our surprise, the unit had 2 very nice bathrooms. This is a great place for a getaway, but it is up the mountain away from town. The gondolas to town were not running so they offered a free shuttle, but our experience revealed it's best just to drive into town. If you plan to use the kitchen, make sure you take everything you will need with you, as there is no sundries shop or dining option on premises.

Best ever-great price
This was probably the best experience we have ever had at a hotel. We went to a Rockies baseball game Wednesday night and then drove up to Breckenridge Thursday and stayed 2 nights. Room was great and very well furnished. Staff was very helpful and even assisted us in locating a misplaced camera. Our hotel did not have a pool, but had a reciprocal agreement with another hotel close by to use theirs. Staff assisted us in gaining access to the pool with no problems and the pool we used to extremely nice. Overall it was a great experience and extremely affordable for the summer months. I would highly recommend it to any family of 4 or more traveling. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bethroom condo and it was exactly what we needed.
