nothing special

For the price, you can find something much nicer. Really needs to be updated. Walking distance to downtown if you walk the bike trail. Beautiful area but I would look elsewhere.

Great room and location for the price

This is my second stay at the millennium hotel and both times I have enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice, the bar and breakfast were good and the room was updated and clean. My only complaint was the outdoor pool was closed but maybe early April is too early for them to have it open.

Not for that Price

From the pictures I saw online and based on the price I was under the impression that the Millenium Harvest house would be a very nice clean hotel with good food. Their bar had a very small fatty menu with no food to get excited about. The bar and lobby were a bit disorganized . Things seemed to be placed randomly about. A lot of the hall ways did not seem very often vacuumed, and the ceiling seemed to never have been cleaned. Overall dissatisfied with the quality for the price.

Convenient and comfortable

Picking a hotel is always a shot in the dark even after you do your research. I was happy to find that the Millennium was a good choice on paper and in person. Clean room, excellent staff, perfect location—and all of this during the off-peak season. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great tip from the front desk clerk: if you're heading to Pearl Street Mall on the weekend, you'll find free parking in the parking structures.

An old standard

An old standard a little past its prime. Rooms could updating -- still low def CRT TVs and very slow wireless internet. Room refrigerators would be a nice addition. Still a nice place, though, and a pleasant stay

Decent, but not great

It's a decent hotel, but it's not "awesome". I stayed there on a weekend, and when I rolled in there were no parking spots available. Apparently they have a lot of special events for non-hotel guests. I ended up parking in a grocery store parking lot. It was noisy due to this party. The walls are kind of thin, and if you're stuck next to drunks, well, you're going to hear it all. Would I stay there again? Probably not unless I had to. It seems like they stopped updating the rooms in the late 90s. Don't expect wifi or flat screen TVs. The beds were average hotel beds.

Good location but nothing else. NO FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET

Good location if you need to be near U of CO, but nothing else. $9.95/day for high speed internet access is ridiculous. McDonalds offers that free of charge. It's 2011 and internet access is a commodity. Room cleanliness is fair borderline poor. Room decor is old and needs refreshing. Staff is very good.

Are you kidding me???

The main lobby is very nice, the rest of the hotel, or at least where we were, was rather a dump! Carpets appeared dirty and were lumpy where one could trip. I am currently writing this review while in a Hampton Inn, which is 10 fold nicer than the Millenium. I fear we are held hostage because it is so close to campus. I am looking for a better hotel experience. If I want a motel-type place, I will go to a motel! Even our daughter commented that it was a dump. Oh, and the air conditioning rattled all night!
