Overall great experience!

We had a very positive experience at the Pines, in no small part due to the staff. We got off to a bit of a rough start with our canine companions, but the front desk staff were extremely understanding and worked with us so that we (and our dogs) could enjoy the weekend activities we came for. Then, they went above and beyond. Other details: perfect location within easy (and beautiful) walking distance to "town", music, hiking, etc. Big, clean room with super comfortable bed. Not really a surprise, but the "pet friendly" rooms face the front entrance, so sights and sounds of cars instead of mountains and golden aspens. Just go outside instead. We hope to come back!

Nice area and hotel

Nice hotel. Only valet parking which is time consuming when running to get something out of your car. Overall really nice place, will probably stay again.

Nice time

Comfortable bed. Loved the hot tub and pool area. Didn't use the work out room, but it looked great. We took shuttle to hill because it was last ski weekend and the close one to hotel was closed. The shuttle was quick and comfortable. Loved the nice touches such as Starbucks coffee and cookies after skiing. The guys outside were great with getting our car several times and helping with luggage.

Comfortable Ski Resort Room

We arrived for the start of the Beaver Creek ski season and the staff was getting its skills back up to speed so to speak. As s result, there were a number of small staff issues that no doubt will be corrected with a few weeks of busier activity. Overall, the hotel was quite empty and lovely.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Starbucks is down at the base of the resort and is far cheaper than ordering on the property.

Great Getaway

My partner & I had a terrific time at the Pines. We showed up early, hoping to get an early checkin since my cousin was being married that afternoon and were thrilled when we received an upgrade. The view was incredible. You can walk everywhere from here. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We can't wait to go back!

Romantic getaway? Absolutely!

Tucked deep inside the exclusive Beaver Creek community, you are at no loss for great dining and shopping. And if you are a cyclist, get ready to clip in - trails for all levels abound off road and on. Very comfortable rooms, large flat screens. Don't just stay for 1 night.
