The location really couldn't be better. You're literally one block from Aspen Mountain and right smack in the middle of the restaurants, bars, and shopping. The price was great for what we got - a nice big room with a kitchen, a fireplace, and
even a nice soundsystem. I also thought the staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the free snacks and wine/beer on friday was a welcome addition. I have no complaints, and I am hard to please! When I return to Aspen, I will return to this hotel.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
The drinks and food at Junk are delish! Just a couple blocks away and the prices are very reasonable.
Review of Aspen Square Condominium Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The highlight for us was the location. The hotel is within Aspen proper and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. The new Aspen Art Museum is just steps away. Having a covered parking spot for our car was
also a huge plus. There were a few downsides: 1) we called the night before to confirm a baby crib would be in our room upon check-in. When we got to our room, the crib was not there. The front desk employee had no record of our request, but we ultimately got the crib 2) the screen door in our condo did not function, someone came and took the screen door for repair but we checked out before it was re-installed 3) the blinds for the balcony were stuck in the closed position 4) we didn't find the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in and out to be particularly friendly 5) although there are light refreshments in the lobby, including tea bags, there is no hot water to make tea. You have to wait for someone at the front desk to take your cup somewhere and fill it with hot water. When the front desk is busy, it's not very convenient 6) we could easily hear the television from another room (you could even identify the show and dialogue), the guests watched for at least three or four hours straight while we tried to sleep. Setting aside these very minor issues, I would recommend this hotel!
