A "heavenly" wonderful place to stay!

The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. It was our 24th anniversary. It was very windy and rainy when we arrived. They did not hesitate to jump right in and try to make us comfortable from the get-go. We did not get to see/do some of the things we had planned because of the weather, but we loved the hotel and the friendly/helpful staff. We felt right at home. The room was lovely and very comfortable. We would love to return to this hotel ANY time!

Dining tip: In Hotel

This one bedroom studio has a fully equipped kitchen. All you need to add is food! You can really relax and not be bothered. Get some groceries, go to the room, cook and eat when you feel like it in total comfort. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. We were on 4th floor and it was quiet and lovely, even though there was a terrible storm brewing outside.

A Nice Place to Stay

The location was excellent. As part of a resort village, everything was nearby or within walking distance. Service was excellent and the staff very friendly and professional. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. The only real issue was the parking which was a bit steep at $24 a day with valet parking the only hotel option. But otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Great weekend getaway!

The best place I have stayed at in SOuth Lake Tahoe after many years of going up. Got a great rate (during the off-season of course). It was walking distance to everything. Everyone was nice.

Excellent hotel and location

The hotel is in an excellent location in South Tahoe. We stayed here during the summer months and had an wonderful time. The location would be perfect during ski season, the Heavenly gondola is minutes away. It is right next to Harrah's, Harvey's, excellent restaurants, shops and is half a mile from the beach. When you stay here you get free access to the private beach which is nice. The pool is only about 4 feet deep so it was mostly used for kids. Their were two spas which is perfect after a long day. The rooms were clean and looked recently renovated. My wife loved the comfortable bed and nice sheets, we probably would have preferred a king though instead of a queen. Our refrigerator was set at too low of a temperature so our food froze and it made a lot of noise during the night. We turned it down the next night though and all was good. The shower head wasn't the greatest. One of the downsides was the parking. $24 a night to park is pretty ridiculous. The public parking was $25 as well. When we pulled up, the valet told us people park at Harrah's for free so that's what we did. Other then that, it was a great hotel and we will stay there again.

Perfect location

I went for a girls weekend. We all had a fantastic time! We loved having 3 bathrooms, a living room, porch and kitchen with the ability to cook meals! We were close to the shops, a WONDERFUL resaurant (Kalani's) and close to the casinos and clubs! We all enjoyed our stay and want to make it our annual vacation spot!
