Great for a day
The curtains did not help blocking off the light from a focus light right outside the window.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a little on the old side. But the room was very clean and everything worked fine. The location is great. Everything you need is a short walk or ride away.

No frills stay
Basic hotel with no frills. Paid $50 for a night and got a decent bed and clean sheets and towels. TV was small and mine didn't power up, but was too tired to care. Easy walking distance to town and ski area so if you are just looking for a decent place to crash during the night, this is a good choice. You want anything besides a bed and a continental breakfast, go somewhere else. Worth the money.

Worst hotel I have ever been to!!!!!!
Take the hotel off your website!! The place was a mess. Can't believe the hotel would ever want the customer to see the room like I did!!!!!

nice location, old rooms and beds
Location was very nice, close to gondola and center of south lake tahoe. Rooms are old, and so are the TVs, beds and bathroom.The bathroom was dirty, shower curtain smelled. Hot tub and sauna were nice after a day at the slopes. Overall the place was worth the $45/night. Don't pay more.

Good Location but not comfort
Had upgraded to queen bed with Microwave & Refrigerator...but the bed frame was broken; one of the ceramic heater was not working... water drains real slow at hand wash sink... many more things... hot water problems....overall.. not a good experience this time.. Staff were good..
