Pleasant vacation
Very pleasant, comfortable stay. All staff were extremely polite. Rooms, and common buildings well kept & attractive. Complimentary breakfasts a plus- good variety & attendant kept everything stocked- could upgrade quality a bit (ie packaged mini muffins a little lame) Location great-near several coastal towns, not far from Ocean.

Pleasant stay
My stay here was very pleasant except for a couple things. One of the two elevators for the Tower rooms was in serious need of maintenance. This was a relatively minor issue, and I reported it to the staff. The other, more serious issue, is parking. This hotel does NOT have enough parking to accommodate all of their clients on busy weekends. If you come in late, you will either be parking in the aisles or in the street, and most likely no where near to your room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, handling an issue I had quickly and easily.

Clean inexpensive motel
The Best Western Carriage Inn is a very clean, well run hotel. Centrally located and convenient. Nothing special, but would certainly stay there again.

Fine, but not great
It was a fine hotel. A little on the noisy side. I stopped by at 9am to leave my car and asked for a quiet room when I checked in later. I went back at about 6pm and when I got my room it wasn't that quiet. When I called down to the front desk I was told those rooms got taken first. I explained that I had stopped by at 9am to arrange for a quiet room. He asked the name of the person I spoke to which I gave him, but still there were no other rooms. It was clean enough and efficient.

great value worth every penny.
Very clean bathroom and bed had a wonderful time. The only bad thing was house cleaning comes around to early.

good hotel
i just stayed for one night, and it was great for that, didnt have the room i reserved so they gave me a bigger one which was nice...good location right by the freeway.
