the purpose of this visit which had to be rescheduled was for a surgery. There was considerable confusion with the date/time of the surgery thus the reason for having to reschedule. We were immensely pleased with [...] the Best Western to work this out so we wouldn't be charged again.

WOW! WHAT A NICE HOTEL!
MY HUSBAND, SON AND MYSELF CAME TO SEE A DODGERS GAME, AND CHECK OUT VENICE BEACH..AFTER A LONG DAY WE COULDN'T WAIT TO RELAX AND WATCH SOME TV..THE BEDS WERE LIKE SLEEPING ON A CLOUD..ROOM SPOTLESS. NEXT MORNING MADE SOME COMPLEMENTARY COFFEE AND STEPPED NEXT DOOR FOR BREAKFAST AT DENNY'S.. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN AND THANKS [...]..WE WILL BE BACK...

It was upgraded to a suite...Excellent!!
This is our third stay there. Each time the room was better than we expected...Will stay again next month!!!! Bonus is that there is a Denny's almost on site! It was a Grand Slam all around.

FANTASTIC!!!
I just stayed here for biz having chosen this hotel through a package deal. AWESOME great value super clean and friendly. The location is perfect! I've found my place to feel at home doing biz in LA. And I can b very picky!

Really good stay...recommend it
The staff was extremely nice...had no problems here, and was very cozy and nice....the room extremely clean...bed was AMAZING!!!!

excellent well-appointed room

Great hotel for short stays
Will be back next month, the hotel has exactly what we needed and the check in process was really simple. Also, it was interesting to find that the pool was open and warm during the winter.
