Okay stay
They have a very large, clean, heated pool, and there is also a rather large lagoon with ducks, Lilly pads, and wonderful plants as part of their grounds. That helped to make up for the inconvenience of a broken toilet handle that we had to reach inside the tank to flush. The room was clean but needs some upgrades performed. I felt like I was stepping back into the 50-60s. The grounds were spectacular though.

Good Value
Pros: Nice heated pool and jacuzzi, beautiful landscaping with ponds and ducks and turtles, good breakfast, friendly staff, fresh chocolate chip cookies daily at the front desk, 5 min drive to the beach, clean comfortable rooms. Cons: near the freeway, so noisy in rooms on one side of the hotel. Staff was gracious to move us to the opposite side of the hotel and the noise was minimal. A little more than we like to spend on hotels. Overall a good experience.

Awesome
Stayed here twice ...one year apart and nothing has changed, still great staff amazing pool and amazing rooms. Highly recommended.

New Year's Stay
Very nice room furniture. Place was very clean. I will use this hotel again when we go back to Santa Barbara.,

Good Hotel
The Ramda is reasonably located just off the 101, close to the airport and about 5 miles for downtown Santa Barbara. The property is well maintained and rooms are of good size. Continental breakfast is nice. The Ramada has discount coupons for nearby resturants (ask at front desk if they don't mention it upon check-in).

Service
The staff leader "Arvat" I believe how you spell his name was amazing. My airlines had lost my luggage. He immediately greeted me at the front desk, gave me toiletry and then when my bags arrived placed it back into my room. He also provided me with directions and suggestions for things to do in Santa Barbara. Location is spectacular. I definitely go there again. Thank you so much for the great service.

Very Comfortable
We had a very enjoyable stay. We brought our bikes and the staff was very helpful securing them for us, The deluxe continental breakfast was extensive. The grounds are beautiful. It is a great place to stay.

Visiing "The Dr."
Nice hotel. Convenient location to 101..which takes you everywhere North and South. Very convenient to Santa Barbara Exits. Staff was nice, rooms a little dated but very clean. Comfy king size bed. Next time would prefer a room with Lagoon view. Our view was the parking lot. Overall a nice home away from home for our 6 day stay.
