Great value and views with mobile spa services, free amenities

A yuppyfied basic motel
This is an older property which has been redecorated to look more expensive, so they can charge their high rates. Parking was $18 dollars a day in addition to high room rates. Room was very small, and bathroom just barely adequate with a leaking faucet and a shower head which didn't swivel and was aimed at the entry door, so you got wet turning it on, and the room got the shower blast before you got the temp adjusted. A good location for the pier and harbor, but I would not recommend it for value. Best to go in a few blocks and find a bigger nicer place to stay.

Santa barbara getaway
The pictures that were posted on the site of the hotel seem to not exist when staying there. The room that me and my wife stayed was so small. The room was decorated shabbily. The bathroom was pathetic. The wood flooring was dusty. The bed was uncomfortable. After paying a good amount of money, parking was extra which is ridiculous. All in all i thought the price doesnt match the amenities that this hotel offers.

parking
rooms are tiny. parking is a nightmare, there are not enough parking spaces for all guests, especially if you arrive late at nite on a weekend, which we did. the desk was not helpful in finding a place to park, suggesting we park on the street. this after charging us $18 per nite for parking.

Santa Barbara Fan
great place
Had been there over 27 years ago when it was Ambassador and it still was a great place. Really enjoyed the room. Location was great, walking distance to everything. Just there for one night but really enjoyed it The only negative was that it was an extra $18 for parking at hotel which was an extra expense not known. Lots of neat stuff in the room for extra costs too. Overall very nice experience.

Great Weekend Couples Getaway
They initially misplaced our reservation and discovered one of their staff neglected to place it into their computer system. They immediately upgraded us to a terrific ocean-view room.

Fabulous beach destination
I had a fantastic stay recently at the Oceana Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and the ambiance very colorful and inviting. I enjoyed the short walk to the wharf and State Street. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the seating area had a very nice view of the beach. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Room with a View
We upgraded to an ocean view with a private balcony - wow! What a perfect setting...the view was amazing from our balcony - we opened a bottle of wine and watched the rain fall and the bed was so comfortable! We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back and stay in the same room. The staff was perfect...thanks Max!

Urban Wine Trailer
Great Location, hotel just ok
Everything was clean, staff was friendly, but its just an average hotel. The location right across the beach is amazing and really enjoyable to wake up too. Also, Urban Wine Trail is really close and alot of fun.

Great hotel in a great location
Spacious rooms, located right at the beach. Good breakfast, free wifi and bike rentals. Very friendly and helpfull personell.
