Santa Barbara Rundown
The Worst
Bar none, this was the worst hotel my family has EVER stayed in. More than half of the hotel is under construction with large piles of dirt and rocks everywhere and the best part...OPEN SEWER LINES. When using the shower, one gets a bonus of sewer gas coming out the shower drain when the water drains! There are no phones in the room, the wallpaper is peeling, the carpets are filthy...The WORST.

Worst motel ever
Just don't ever stay here...
Under repair. AC broken, windows didn't work, not enough pillows for all guests, dirty, dirty. Way over priced... the location is not worth it. A seedy motel feel.

hole in the wall
Desk clerk was having personal conversation in spanish about rent apt. He gave me the finger sign to hold on a minuet. I guess he didnt know i spoke spanish. When i took a shower there was a sewer smell coming from the drain. The breakfast that comes with the room fee is a pretty good deal. Waffles coffee oj toast muffins. The morning desk guy was by far more friendly. Overall, you get what you pay.for at this location

MOTEL not Inn and Suites
This is a motel, not sure why they advertise it as "Inn and Suites". This place is definitely a step down from Motel 6. The room was ok, however the bathroom was falling apart. The only outlet available was in the bathroom, the towels, although washed looked questionable and the staff were arguing by the check in desk about missing money when I checked in (and did not stop throughout my check in process).

Not happy
We checked in, felt very uncomfortable, various undesirable people lingering outside in the parking lot. Got into our room, which smelled bad, my husband checked the windows, none of which could be locked, felt unsafe, and so we left, we did not spend the night, we wasted our money and are very displeased.

bad hotel cleaning
it is really bad. The room wasn't cleaned after the previous guest. There was hair on the pillow cases and bed sheets on both beds. the air conditioner was not working and the window was cracked. Curtains were all ripped off. We didn't stay there overnight and when we went to complain the guy at the lobby said that we have to do it through website that reserved the room there was no manager at the hotel.

Do not stay here!!!!
Staying at the Fiesta Inn was a horrible experience. The room was dirty, cramped and uncomfortable. There were NO amenities at all. The staff was rude and unaccomodating. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences yet.

Ok for the money
This is an older motel. But, for the money it's good. Nothing fancy. But, this is Santa Barbara and it is on State Street, good location. If all you are doing is staying overnight and need a place to sleep, good for the money. So as I said for the money you can't go wrong.

surprise
The hotel was ok but I think for that price you can find something better .You need to know that if you arrive after 10 pm there will be no one there and you have to call to get someone to check you in.
