a stay to relax

I like the hotel but the problems I had was the shower waster wasn't going down fast enough. Then the closet smell like urine. This hotel even charges for a bottle of water, there isn't a parking and its another charge if you have use valet parking.

Perfect Location

I stayed here while performing at the Montgomery Theater, which is right across the street. The pillowtop bed was quite comfortable, and the L'Occitance toiletries were a nice touch. The walls were a bit thin, and we didn't have a view, but it was just for one night, so it wasn't a big deal. We had brunch at Il Fornaio the next morning, which was decent.

Blehh

Stayed for 7 nights. I felt like I could have gotten my money's worth somewhere else. By the time you pay for your stay and valet I could have stayed at a 5 star instead of this 3 star. I kept thinking well this will be ok because the price is low. NOPE. Valet is $26 a night! The rooms are really small. We got a double queen. the carpet is really old and stained maybe that contributes to the smell that lingers all the time. Housekeeping and staff are reallly nice. Not really nice enough to make up for the sad rooms.

Enjoy the ambiance

This hotel stay although it was just overnight was very enjoyable. Check in and valet was quick. Used my debit card for a small deposit for incidentals. (Like room service orders or lunch in the restaurant) It was a good breakfast at Il Fornaio Cucina Italina - the coffee was perfect. The room was small but comfortable with Showtime channels and cable (I was expecting HBO) Very clean and the bed had like 5 pillows. Very quiet so I slept well. The heater made a bit of noise but once I heated up the room I turned it off. As I did the fridge.
