San Jose’s iconic landmark hotel
The Four Points by Sheraton San Jose, built in 1911, is one of the most iconic buildings in the area and is on the California Register of Historic Places. Great Downtown location
This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here and enjoyed this stay just as much as the first. The hotel is very much conveniently located downtown with easy access to lots of restaurants, bars and transit. The beds are amazingly comfortable and gave us the best nights sleep for a while. The staff are attentive, pleasant and always make us feel welcome. The hotel works really well for both business and pleasure, close to the feeways and airport without feeling you're under the flight path but conveniently located for downtown and other attractions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we need to stay over in San Jose.

One of the best Hotel
This one of best Hotel that I have every stay at in all my travels. The room was excellent and the staff members were great. I booked this hotel for one night and the next morning decided to stay another night which i never do. the place was just fantastic and I almost forgot the restaurant was off the hook. Really don't know what else to say just had a wonderful stay.

Fun, over night stay
It was a nice hotel. Right down town great location! Staff was really nice, friendly.. The only thing I didn't care for was the room was very small and out dated. The lobby of the hotel seemed very elegant and clean but the room wasn't so hot. But had a good time.

Great location in downtown San Jose.
We spent one night at the Sheraton, and had a very nice experience. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, we liked being able to open the window about 6 inches so we could sleep with fresh air in the room. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was excellent, very important to me!

Mezcal, a charming little Mexican restaurant, focused on the food of the Yucatan Peninsula. Wonderful mole sauces, great margaritas!

A 4 star?
The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and had a stylish feel to them but I don't expect plastic cups wrapped in plastic at a 4 star hotel. The bed skirt had stains all over it which frankly is gross. It felt like a high end Motel 6. Good location though and the staff was great.

Classy Stay in San Jose
Although I've lived in California most of my life, I've never been in downtown San Jose. 4 Points is perfectly located to get a taste of this city, near great eateries, parks, and universities.
