If I could give this hotel a 0 rating I would. I went to this hotel for a business conference, the location was great but that was about it. I first arrived to ask if it would be okay if I checked in an hour early since I was on a lunch break from
my conference, the gentleman looked at the wall for the check in time then looked back at me with a bit of an attitude. He gave me a room but when I got to my room it was not the room I had requested. I had called ahead of time and asked if I could have a non-smoking room and a room with a refrigerator and microwave, when I called they said it wouldn't be a problem. I got a smoking room with a microwave and a hole where the refrigerator should be. When I returned to the front desk and explained to the gentleman that I had called ahead, he got a little more of an attitude. he didn't know what rooms had what amenities so he asked his co-worker, I could see their tension as well. They found me a room that suited my needs but when I got there it was dirty the gentleman had met me upstairs to inform me that the room was dirty so he gave me the room next door and said that room was a little dirty too even though maid service had already been there. He informed me that it was an upgraded room so he GUESSED he will upgrade me for no charge. I told him I could get a new room later (even though by this time it was normal check in hours) if I could do a late check in. It had already been forty five minutes, by this time I had to return to my seminar, I put my bags down and left. when I returned I had realized my room was still dirty not a little dirty. By this time I was on my third room, my fridge and microwave was next to my shower,I could rest my arm on them (that's how close they were). My shower was dirty I could see black marks on the floor, when I pulled back the spread to my bed the sheet wasn't even tucked in to the mattress it was just resting on top, and I could see the mattress clearly through the sheet. I called down to the lobby but no one answered. I was tired from a day of traveling so I decided to suck it up and hope it all get taken care of when the maid came in the next day. I went to my seminar that morning and returned on my lunch break around 1:00 to discover my room key no longer worked. I went to the lobby to see what the problem was and waited almost 15 min for someone to return to take care of my room key situation. When I got into my room, it was obvious that no one had been in to clean it. I went back down to the front desk to complain that my room had not been cleaned and there was no do not enter sign hanging from my door. When I returned at 10:30 that night my room was in the same condition. When I called down to the lobby to inform them they just brought up new towels and when I asked for an extra pillow they told my they had none to spare when the two room next to me were empty my entire stay. I asked if I could check out and get a refund but they said for that to happen I had to go through my booking agent. I was upset and called my booking agent and I got no answer!! I checked out as soon as I could and told the hotel I couldn't be anymore unhappy with my stay.
