Great Customer Service

After arriving to the hotel, we were twice given room keys only to find out that the rooms were occupied by other tenants. On the third room attempt, we were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. The suite was very nice and had a surprise steam room in the bathroom. I am a huge fan of the service we received, despite the inconveniences of having to return to the service desk twice to find an unoccupied room. I would absolutely stay here again.

i wouldn't recommend it. i checked out and stayed elsewhere.

IT was dirty, I did not like the room and it smelled musty. the linens were old and rough and the hotel itself needed a makeover. hard to get a cab anywhere, and i did not feel comfortable sleeping there so I checked out.

Pleasure

Comfortable stay. Although the bed sheets were not as clean, room service was respectful, and polite enough to give us a new pair of sheets when asked. The room accommodated our needs. No complaints.

Great tub

Enjoyed the Japanese-style bathroom a lot. Why don't American hotels take a lesson and separate the toilet, shower and bathtub as is standard in Japan? It makes so much sense. This is the only place I know of where you can stay in a Japanese-style hotel room in America, and it's great.

Very pleasant experience

Overall a very pleasant experience. Rates are reasonable. The bedrooms themselves are nice if nothing special, but the bathrooms are excellent, done up in the real Japanese way with seperate toilets, showers, and deep soaking baths. It is a real treat to find a bathroom set up this way in the states, and so superior to the usual setup you wonder why it hasn't caught on here as well.
