Upgrade the pillows and mattresses

Cons: The beds are squishy and soft. I know everyone has their own mattress preference but most hotels err on the side of a firm mattress. The pillows were also cheap and provided no support. I was also charge $35 for early check-in. This is understandable because of the inconvenience it can cause if your room has been occupied that day and it needs to be cleaned. However, my room was already prepared. Why should anyone have to pay $35 for a room that is sitting there empty until I check in. Pros: The room was clean, quiet and the location was great. The staff were helpful and professional. The free water bottle refill stations on each floor were an excellent convenience for stocking up on water before walking the city all day.

Safe Location

The first night my room wasn't real clean; however, the staff tended to it and from there I had a good experience. The business amenities offered are great. I could safely walk to fabulous eateries late at night. As well; there is a pub/grill just next door which was very convenient. The architectural around this neighborhood is Amazing! I would stay here again;)

Embarcadero surprise

You wouldn't expect to find a nice room at a decent price in a great location in San Francisco, but CQ fits the bill. The rooms are tiny, but surprisingly comfortable for one or two people. The location, on the edge of the financial district, is very walkable: four blocks from a BART station; four blocks from the Ferry Building; four blocks from Chinatown. The lobby lounge offers free coffee and tea all day, plus two Apple workstations and two Windows ones, in addition to the free wireless throughout the hotel. Free bottled water on the way to the elevator is an unusual and helpful perk. The only drawback is parking: There is none.

Pleasant hotel, attractively priced

We had family obligations in San Francisco, but didn't have time to enjoy 5-star amenities, and didn't want to spend $300/night for a place just to sleep. Club Quarters is convenient to Embarcadero and a healthy walk to Fisherman's Wharf. Rooms are modest in size, but clean and just fine for sleeping. Free chilled water bottles provided a nice plus, as was fresh coffee 24/7. Parking is nearby at $32/day.

Awesome location, NO PARKING

Rooms are very clean and well maintained, walls are thick, hallways are tidy. It was a great stay! Walk to the Bay, Embarcadero, I personally recommend walking to Bubble Lounge which is only 2 blocks away, tons of other bars and restaurants. Slightly longer walk to North Beach and Coit Tower. Perfect location, nice rooms (although small rooms they are). Beware if you have a car -- no parking at hotel, street parking is metered. On a weekday, prepare to pay $32/night for a nearby garage. On weekend, I paid $7.
