Issues with airport shuttle
The website listed airport shuttle at nominal fee. When we arrived at airport at 11:55pm and called for shuttle we were told they have no shuttle service and we'd have to take a cab. We took the cab and the room and facilities were fine. The next day I asked about the shuttle service as website states they offer it. The front desk clerk said they had no shuttle but he'd call a cab for us. We waited outside and a cab pulled up so we started to load up to go to airport. The clerk then came out and was arguing with driver that he wasn't 't the cab that he called and wanted us to wait for some other cab.

Very nice hotel for a great price
We had a very nice time. Very good hotel. I would go there again and we enjoyed the free full breakfast.

Great Location Beyond Expectations
Perfect mid point from downtown and the beaches. About 5 min. Updated clean comfortable rooms with flat screen TV. Complimentary breakfast was great! Very low price with amenities and services of a more expensive hotel.

Yess!!
I spent three nights at this hotel.. The room was very clean and neat, all the staff was very nice and friendly. The full breakfast was great along with the free parking. The gym was clean and they even offered cold water with a television to view, if desired. For the price, I feel that what i received.. I was the one on the winning end of the deal.. I would DEFINATELY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!!! I would definately return....

Two nights at the Super 8
Well it was a little harder to find the because the name is no longer super 8, but ounce we found it, it was a good experience. The administration people were kind and helpful, and the food in the morning was diverse and good. I plan to use again. Thanks

Fine
It is an older hotel, but it was fine for a couple nights. The walls are thin, so we could hear everyone outside and the people in the room next to us. Some of the other guests were quite loud late into the night and very early in the morning. The beds were ok. The bathroom looked a little newer, but the room could use some remodeling. The breakfast was ok. It didn't have a large variety, but it was enough to get going in the mornings and save some money.

Hotel Pomegranite was REALLY good! The atmosphere is a lot of fun and the Georgian food is excellent!

Working Trip
The hotel was quiet. Close to the freeway and 15 min. from downtown. Nothing close to get something to eat. that was ok because we had a car.

Frugal Traveling
Happily Surprised
We had read some of the other reviews and weren't sure if this was going to be a good fit. However, we only have two main requirements: Clean and Safe. When we checked in the Bullet Proof Glass protecting the Front Desk was a little unnerving, but our room ended up being on the 3rd floor and they had several security cameras, so we were satisfied. This was a great hotel for the price, especially with the included breakfast. Location was awesome because you can get to many of San Diego destinations with quick access to I-8, but quiet enough to not hear traffic noise at night. The room was small, but clean and we were happy.
