West Coast Vacation
This hotel is conveniently located with wonderful ocean views and bay views. Easy to access streets that lead to tourist locations, restaurants, and sights such as shores of La Jolla and Mission Bay. The hotel grounds are immaculate and lush with tropical foliage. The price of the food in the restaurant is pricey but I did not go on vacation to eat hotel food anyway. I recommend this hotel!!!

Short drive from hotel
Go to La Jolla for great shopping and dining at George's Terrace. Ask to sit on the terrace and enjoy the most gorgeous view of the sunset and the ocean while dining on delicious food.

Great hotel except for the noise.
The room itself was great, and had no problems but I couldn't stand the constant noise from the people next door. You could hear the constant footsteps of running children yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs. Not to mention the wheels of the carts passing you by. If you don't have children, I don't recommend you stay here if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Great experence
I thought it was great the room was up to date. Clean. The only thing is the shower head was too short. I am 6-1 and it was way too short!!

Great stay at Mission Bay
Check in was very easy...I arrived early and they called my cell within the hour to tell me my room was ready. The property was beautiful and the room size was very comfortable. View from the balcony perfect! There is an Einstein's Bagel on property which was handy. We will definitely return.

Great family getaway
Good experience overall. Had a nice 'suite' room that was large and comfortable for our family of 4. The 3 pools were a huge hit with our kids and the water slides were great fun. Food was good but a bit overpriced. Parking fees are ridiculous. Desk staff was a little impersonal but accommodating when asked for something. Great location for enjoying the general region and San Diego 'hot spots' for families.

Pretty good
We stayed in a waterfront suite. The building is separate from main hotel/lobby area, and the waterfront building is older than what we expected. Rooms were clean, but slightly outdated. Beds were comfortable, but room was slightly dark (not many lights). Extremely convenient location, loved having watersport rentals on site, fitness facility overlooking water, nice pool and hot tub, kids loved the waterside, etc. Overall, it was very nice, but I wished the room we had was a litttle more updated.

Great rate, great location
Front desk gave us the upgrade to an awesome ocean view room at check-in! Room was fairly clean except for a couple "remnants" found on the bed and toilet. After a long day with two little ones at Seaworld, was nice to have a quality hotel to get back to within a 5 minute drive.

Great time
The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect for our plans....a day at Sea World and a day at San Diego Zoo. We ended the trip with a morning along Mission Beach which is a great walk from the hotel
