Birthday Getaway
GF was turning 21 and this was the perfect hotel, both luxurious and close to our favorite Gaslamp bars. Great deal on the room, would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderfull Anniversary
Loved every thing about the hotel, location, room, staff, lounge areas restaurant. Would stay here again. It just does not get a perfect rating because I still can not understand why you would charge guests to park. It is just wrong. If I have two hotels, about the same in price and amenities, I will always choose the one that does not charge me to park.

My first impression was awesome, we were greeted by very friendly car attendants who were smiling and willing to help with our luggage. Shawn at the front desk was friendly, informative and very efficient with meeting all my needs. What a great experience.

Fantastic location; within walking distance of Gaslamp Quarter, bay, Seaport Village, ferry dock
Exceptional service, friendly staff, comfortable beds, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and trolley stops right at hotel, always available taxi which we only needed for airport transport. Jorge at the Vela restaurant was wonderfully attentive!
