Affordable hotel near Sea World and Old Town with interstate access
This three-story property bills itself as the best value in San Diego hospitality. The Good Nite Inn is close to Sea World, but also within minutes of San Diego's other popular attractions including Old Town, Point Loma, Petco Park and the San Diego Zoo. The hotel didn't seem to be located in the best place. Safety was a concern I had while staying there. Many of the people staying in the hotel seemed to keep doors open, stand outside smoking, and talking loudly till early morning hours.Also, there was insufficient parking and the spaces were way too narrow. I rented a car while in San Diego and the rental car ended up with three dings in it because of people parked beside me at the hotel.

Dont expect a "Good Night" Sleep Here!
The staff was pretty friendly, however the rooms where run down, the TV was from the early 80's and the beds where very used. Extremely, loud area for the hotel and the best restaurant within walking distance is Denny's. This hotel charges up the Ying-Yang for internet service and your lucky to get a cup of coffee in the morning.

2 nights of peace
Clean place to sleep
The rooms here are basic but the a/c works, I've never seen a bug, things are in good repair and its clean. Management does a good job keeping the riff-raff out.

Not too Shabby
Right next door to two strip clubs, if you're into that kinda thing. Also within 5-10 min drive of Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and probably just about anywhere else you want to go.

nice hotel
its nice for the price paid. i think the room was clean and smoke smell free. i will give 4out of 5 for this. the people in reception called me up early in the morning for my flight. what is written in the package is there. not a penny more or less. i would have really liked if there was a free internet facility.
