Bad Stay

Terrible. The location was weird, the rooms were dirty and smelled. The beds were wrapped in plastic so everytime you rolled over it sounded like your were laying on a bag of chips. Parking was bad, and they put us next to a room that was undergoing construction. I would never stay there again. I have stayed in many low budget motels like Motel 6, Budget Inn, Super 8 etc and this by far was the worst!

Disappointed

We stayed 1 night while awaiting our cruise departure the next day. The room was not suitable for occupancy since it had no cups, 1 towel and no hair dryer...also the TV didn't work. We had to get someone to code in the remote. We never did receive another towel (there were 2 of us) While checking in, a customer was complaining about roaches in his room. We didn't have roaches but we were on the lookout for them making for a very uncomfortable stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The picture of the hotel is deceiving.

Beware of the cockroaches

The staff were friendly, but the room was not very clean. Stains all over the carpet. Cockroaches in the room. Weird odor in the room.

Find another one

I came for my first visit to San Diego. The city was nice and front desk is helpful. But the room is not worth the price. The room stinked and the bathroom had cockroaches. Basement parking is a hassel as the space is quite compact.

Worst night sleep Ever!

What a horrific experience. My wife and I almost decided to go else where. We were exhausted from a day at Sea World and the kids were already sleeping in the car. There is a Adult entertainment establishment across the street... and people in rooms above and beside ours were partying until 5 in the morning... The worst night sleep I have ever had!

Need new carpet

I got there and I saw immediately how was the floor outside the room. Then, I pass by another room and I saw the carpet dirty. And I just hope that my room wasn't like that, but it was dirty with stain, and also I smell bad odor, like dirty. I went back to the front office and I told then that I just going to stay one night, they didn't ask me why or nothing I didn't mention nothing because they have a line of client at that moment and I didn't want to disappointed any of the people that was check- In at that moment. I'm very disappointed that Orbitz had then on there list. They need to keep those carpet clean it is terrible to see that carpet. Believe me....they need to do something.
