Affordable hotel near Sea World and Old Town with interstate access
This three-story property bills itself as the best value in San Diego hospitality. The Good Nite Inn is close to Sea World, but also within minutes of San Diego's other popular attractions including Old Town, Point Loma, Petco Park and the San Diego Zoo. Family trip
During our San Diego stay, we visited the USS Midway and Mission Beach. The distance between both locations was not bad. However, I wasn't comfortable with the proximity to a strip club. But, I got what I paid for and was only there to sleep.

great location for the price!
Hotel was in a great location, but you get what you pay for,it was loud,at one point I went outside to tell them to shut up! The keys did not work,had to have them rekeyed several times,the last night I left at 1:30 am could not sleep because the people around us were so loud,.....

I want my money back !
Place was a dump and the bed had bed bugs...I checked out and went and got a new hotel. They would NOT refund my money and said to go through [...] for my money...After I complained and wanted my money back and told them about the bed bugs, they said "other then that how was your stay" ! REALLY can you REALLY believe the stupidity of such a response ! This is not even a 1 star motel ...the place should be closed do to serious health conditions. I demand my money to be returned immediately.

Would not stay here again!
I wasn't expecting much based on the price however, this hotel managed to be worse than I could have imagined. It is in the middle of the red light district in San Diego (3 strip clubs could bee seen from the balcony + other adult stores). We were afraid to leave our hotel room at night and even the gas station attendant wished us luck during our stay. Parking was very limited (they did have a parking garage that did not have any lighting and one end was blocked off. Would not park my car down there. The bed was slashed open and completley off kilter and not stable. The only good thing I can say about this hotel was that the staff was friendly.

Good Nite Inn Review
Room didn't seem very clean, hotel surrounded by illegal activity such as prostitution and illegal drug sales. Heavy police activity and very thin walls.

Good location with reasonable price
Me, my husband and my mom stayed for two nights and we found this place considerably quite and clean. Especially bathroom, beds and carpets were in very good condition and unlike some of the inns we stayed before, during the night Good Nite Inn was surprisingly quiet. We were also surprised and satisfied to realize how convenient the location is for visiting many of the San Diego attractions. I wish the wireless internet would be free because I was not happy to pay extra for using this amenity. Also there was not hairdryer in the room which was another minor dissappointment. But overall this is a good place to stay given the price. I would recommend it to many visiting San Diego with limited budgets.
