a bit of a surprise
The previous reviews are deceptive. I was in the area because i was moving to UCSD as a student. The location is very trashy, there are strip clubs and nude bars right across the street which attracts the pigs of san diego to the area. We had to have room change due to the dirtyness of the furnature. The staff was nice but the hotel was literally a place to lay down. The air conditioner is loud but without it you will sufficate. The parking spaces are sooooo small, most idiots would double park, and there are more guests then spaces available. There is no complimentary wi-fi; you have to pay an additional $5 to have internet. personally i would say invest in a better stay.

Great location, clean!
Good location, relatively close to the freeway, easy in/easy out. Close to several places to eat. Clean room. Friendly staff. Only negative feedback: the rooms were not ready by 2:00PM check-in. I would stay here again!

Great location for vacationing
This time we did not go to seaworld we went to Lego land instead, if you are planning to go to seaworld this is the place to be the staff is very helpful. The rooms are a little old but to be honest we only were there to sleep. The location is great if you want to check out the whole city. I will go back to this hotel it definitely serves it's purpose if you only need a place to sleep while you are there. The tv was a little disappointing there was no channel for my daughter to watch like Disney or nickolodian. Surely a great deal. P.S. I wish there was a microwave in the room

nice hotel
its nice for the price paid. i think the room was clean and smoke smell free. i will give 4out of 5 for this. the people in reception called me up early in the morning for my flight. what is written in the package is there. not a penny more or less. i would have really liked if there was a free internet facility.

Good nite inn san diego
I took my wife to sea world, a few beaches, farmers market, midway museum and fishing. If the hotel had a pool, my wife would have been 100% happier, we dont swim in the ocean, shes too afraid of sharks and sea weed. This was our first trip together since we have been together.

It's alright
It was alright, nothing special. It was clean on arrival but the cleaning lady came at an odd time so I had to ask her to come back after my shower (4PM) as she hadn't come the day before because I was napping.

Not so good nite sleep
The room was fine, but the bed was the worst hotel bed I have every slept on. The matters was worn out 5 years ago. Very lumpy and soft, I stayed for 8 nights and thought about leaving to another hotel, even with this one being prepaid for all nights.
