Affordable hotel near Sea World and Old Town with interstate access
This three-story property bills itself as the best value in San Diego hospitality. The Good Nite Inn is close to Sea World, but also within minutes of San Diego's other popular attractions including Old Town, Point Loma, Petco Park and the San Diego Zoo. Good Nite Inn Review
Price/Performance is ok. Inexpensive for this city, some noisy neighbours, staff was not very friendly, but for our purposes overall it was ok. we would come back because of the inexpensive price.

Comfortable Beds
The room was what I expected. I did not expect a 4star experiance for what I payed. We did not encounter too many staff- the guy who checked us in was a little abrupt and to the point. I didn't see a pool as advertised. The parking was limited above ground, and below ground the parking was very tight. The beds were very comfortable! The location was conveniant, close to the freeway and other destinations like Target, Starbucks- and 30 min from Legoland and only 5 min from Seaworld.

unbeatable location for the price
every year we go to our show in san diego area we stay at this motel and we love it very close to our show and at the same time not in a very busy area we rest good before and during the show

Fine for the price
We were three teenagers going cross country from DC and SD was our goal. After a week on the road, this was just what we needed.

A good stay at a great deal
The hotel was a nice stay during travel. The room was clean and quiet. All the guest staff was very friendly and helpful.

Filthy carpets
I had family fly into Phoenix and had taken them to Sea World. We stayed at Good Nite Inn and the room was disgusting. The carpet was so dirty you couldn't walk on it with your bare feet. This made the room smell bad. We couldn't get 2 extra pillows for the room, they didn't have any extras. The price is fine especially in this day, but I think we will pay more for a cleaner room next time.

Need new carpet
I got there and I saw immediately how was the floor outside the room. Then, I pass by another room and I saw the carpet dirty. And I just hope that my room wasn't like that, but it was dirty with stain, and also I smell bad odor, like dirty. I went back to the front office and I told then that I just going to stay one night, they didn't ask me why or nothing I didn't mention nothing because they have a line of client at that moment and I didn't want to disappointed any of the people that was check- In at that moment. I'm very disappointed that Orbitz had then on there list. They need to keep those carpet clean it is terrible to see that carpet. Believe me....they need to do something.

Average, friendly staff, good location
The hotel was good for the price. The staff was the best part of the hotel, they were friendly happy and helpful. Location is pretty good too. There was a refrigerator in the room. When driving there it is easy to pass by because it is located tucked behind a Denny's and Jack in the Box, hard to see from the road and the roads are different from what I am used to so finding Sea World was a little confusing but found everything none the less and didn't get lost. We did spot one cockroach in the room on the day we were leaving and it just didn't strike me as very clean but no major complaints. First impression as you drive in (past a strip club and around industrial type buisnesses) is that it is in a bad neighborhood but in reality the people you encounter are friendly and we did not run into any problems other then you do drive by the occassion begger with a sign but nothing surprising or upsetting.

Very good for the price
Very good hotel fo the price. Good location next to Sea World. Clean rooms, nice staff. Would stay again. Perfect hotel to stay if you are travelling on cheap.
