Affordable hotel near Sea World and Old Town with interstate access
This three-story property bills itself as the best value in San Diego hospitality. The Good Nite Inn is close to Sea World, but also within minutes of San Diego's other popular attractions including Old Town, Point Loma, Petco Park and the San Diego Zoo. Good location, service not warm enough
Generally very good. Nice environment, very clean, very gooood location but the service is not warm enough but still very good.

Good Deal
The hotel was just a few blocks from the Sports Arena ( now the Valley View Casino Arena). No pool, limited TV channels and the King Size Bed was a bit lumpy but we got what we wanted. A fantastic location that was cheap clean and safe with restaurants close enough to walk. We will stay there again.

THUMDS DOWN
THIS HOTEL LOOKS LIKE THE KIND THAT RENT BY THE HOUR!!!! STRIP CLUN VIEW FROM YOUR ROOM AND THE ELEVATOR SMELLED LIKE PEE.

Looks better from the inside
The room was clean, but the location and building were dirty. No towels when I checked in and hours later I had to make another call. Other then that for $50 I guess that's what you get. :)

Good surprise!
For the price, Good Nite was super: very convenient location, really clean, friendly staff, good size room. We'd definitely stay there again if we were heading in and out of San Diego.

Not a hotel I would go back to.
Hotel is conveniently located near to the Airport and just about everything else you want to get to in San Diego however the rooms stink of tobacco and drugs, several rooms had parties going on all night, the rooms on both sides of us had drug dealers in them with people coming and going all night. Doors opened to exhaust clouds of drug smoke into our faces when we walked past. [*] the hotel is next door to no less than three strip clubs, over all a very seedy neighborhood.We ran out of TP the front desk told us to find someone from house keeping who when we finaly found claimed they had none and sent us back to front deck who again sent us hunting for house keeping. I guess if you stay here you need to bring your own TP.The room was not cleaned daily nor were clean towels provided so if you shower hang your towel you will need it again.TV sucked, was mostly useless.Room stank so bad made us sick to be in it.The only other positive was the nice black girl who checked us in, she was very pleasent and friendly.[...]

I have to say if your looking for a great breakfast and don't mind a short drive then head for "The Mission" over at Mission Beach; their food has to be the best in California, I highly reccomend the French Toast.

Good enough for the price
The hotel is convenient located 3 or 4 blocks from old town transit center (5 mins by walking). Stafff was friendly. No bkfst, no Internet (available for 5 usd) good parking. Room kind of noisy (you can hear what happens next or up) clean, nothing immersive... But for the price was just great!

Close to Everything. Terrible Bed
The hotel was very close to freeways & was a decent price but it wasn't very clean, the towels were rough, and the bed hurt my back! In retrospect I would rather have spent the extra $6 for Motel 6... Also, the receptionist was slow & the housekeeping was rude.

I went to mission beach which was very close to our stay. the tv was fuzzy and barely any channels and the carpet was dirty. There were a few bums as well. But for the price I wouldn't have expected more!
