Clean, Convenient, High Value
Looking for a less expensive option this time to my usual $260 per night hotel (near the bay), I decided to try this one. Having completed my 3 night stay there I have to say I'm astounded by the tremendous value when factoring in the cost, cleanliness, and location. I think the room was around $49 per night and appeared to be recently remodeled, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and this might sound weird but a Kohler sink. There were air freshener packets in vents of the HVAC system too. Great value.

Fantastic family getaway
Staying at this hotel was a great experience. Didn't know what to expect with the room being fairly reasonable but it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a small kitchenette and great storage area for the food we had brought. They even provided the necessary dishes,dish soap, sponge and towel which I had forgot. The rooms were nice and clean and updated. The kids loved the pool. Imagine that. We would definately stay here if we were to visit San Diego again.

Great Hotel!
Great Hotel for the price! I stayed at 3 different hotels this week and this was the best! The other two I stayed in was a upgrade suite and the other a resort and I still like the Days hotrl the best!

Right by SeaWorld
We were in San Diego to go to SeaWorld (we had "won" a promotional trip). We were so unhappy with the place we were at the night before, and hoped that our stay at this hotel (which we had booked ourselves, not the promotional trip people) would make up for the night of lost sleep. We were so pleased to find a clean, quiet spacious room that we could truly relax in. We were also pleased to find that the room was so close to SeaWorld, just a couple miles down the freeway! We were just disappointed that we weren't in this hotel the night before since they have a shuttle to SeaWorld and we could have saved on parking fees. We would definitely book here again as we got great value for our money, and it is so close to SeaWorld as well as Balboa Park and Miramar MCAS for airshows.

Short drive from hotel
SeaWorld is just a very short drive down the freeway, as is Balboa Park (where all the museums and gardens are). Even then, the hotel has a shuttle to SeaWorld which will save time and money.

GREAT stay~!!!
I came to San Diego for a week-long conference and loved staying at this hotel. They have shuttles to/from airport, to/from the amazing zoo. The staff is very accommodating and nice. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette, which made it so comfortable since I like my full breakfast. I can see this place being wonderful for families and friends traveling together. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Nice place to stay
Nice hotel property, well-maintained, clean, reasonable rates, friendly staff and good location on Hotel Circle. Lots of dining choices in the area. Just a short drive to Old Town, downtown and harbor, and other points of interest. This is the second time I've stayed here and will stay here again in the future.

The Valley Family Cafe is just west of the hotel and within easy walking distance. It's great for breakfast or lunch; good food and friendly staff. For dinner, a short drive away, about five minutes or less, is Hunter Steakhouse, which has terrific prime rib and other entrees, and great ambience. Many other good dining locations to choose from at a regional shopping center about two miles east of the hotel too.

We were happy with our room which
We were happy with our room which had a comforable bed. There is a bus stop right outside, where the all day pass for $5 takes you to the Fashion Valley shopping centre and transit staion for the trolley. There is a free shuttle for Sea World.
