easy to check-in, super friendly staff. you get discount tickets to zoo and sea world so no waiting in line! they have full kitchen which is huge $ saver. would stay again for sure.

Easy to check in; had to ask for a different room, but then got put next to a VERY noisy neighbor family. If neighbors aren't slamming their doors, or running their showers in the middle of the night, it's quiet. Easy location in the middle of hotel-ville and CHEAP price! Pool was fine, great that laundromat was available; maintenance responded quickly to a problem with the room's safe. It's perfect place for cheapskates like me!

The reception staff friendly and helpful. nice food and friendly staff at Bunz restaurant Room clean and fresh towels daily. Not conjusive to walking anywhere you would need transport.

My experience at this hotel was definitely amazing. I booked this hotel as part of a vacation package and I was impressed by how clean my room was. The heated pool was nice too, and it's close to both malls in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was "just right". Clean. No smells. Friendly staff. And just minutes to everything we wanted to see ~ La Jolla Cove, Coronado Island, Sea World, Gaslamp Quarters, and even the San Diego Safari Park was less than 30 minutes away. All around, a great value :-)

Well for the price that i paid $75, it's not that bad. Based on the review and the pictures i thought, it will look much nicer. The outside of the place looks really old, looks like a motel 6. Beside the room cleanliness, i have no other positive about this place. You can hear the next door neighbor if they were loud. I rather pay another $50 and stay at Marriott next to this place. 2.5 stars for me and i wouldn't come back to this place.

My sister's family joined us for Easter break and we did the typical San Diego venues...zoo, Animal Park, and Sea World. The hotel was quite convenient to all of the destinations. Suggestion to the hotel - we assume they updated their heating/cooling system and installed thermostat controls. Recommend that they put a notice on the old unit that the thermostat is now located on the wall. It would have saved a trip from maintenance.

The hotel was close to interstate highways so easy to get around as long as you have some form of transportation (we used a GPS for directions). I believe the hotel had a shuttle service but we did not use it. The room was clean and quiet, even during spring break. The pool was very nice, and so was the hot tub. There were quite a few kids in the pool, but they were not poorly behaved--just having a great time. Adults only in the hot tub. Nice value for a hotel at this price. I would recommend it to those looking for a hotel that is not downtown but close to many attractions.

The motel is located in the hotel central on Hotel Cir Dr. Everything is average except the location and the staff. For the price, it is very good value. Since it is cheap, there will be some shady characters in the motel. The police were there twice when we were there.

The rooms are small though clean. The staff is friendly though understaffed. No shuttle service so car and cab expenses add to cost. The pool and hot tub were clean - only access is through parking lot - hold onto your kids. Parking was tight at times, though free. You can hear your neighbors showers. Good for a place to sleep. Talked to some people - whoe have used it before and it has been better in the past. They might restore some shuttle service. Breakfast not included - which was what we wanted. This is not a toddler friendly place. No where for them to run.
