Convenient and comfortable hotel
Hotel is well-located (right off freeway and near downtown). Room had kitchenette, was clean and comfortable. Good mattress and great shower. Staff helpful and friendly. Next to informal restaurant that served excellent omelets.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY!
The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the location is great. Close to the outdoor mall and Charger Stadium.

Overall excellent
the place is mostly great, except for the plumbing noise. The plumbing can get a bit loud, so you must close the bathroom door to keep the noise level down. The pool and jacuzzi are great, and make this hotel a good deal!

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
Check out Kensington district of San Diego - (Adams streets) for cool neighborhood. Also, La Jolla is always great to hang out in. Clean air, great art museum, great beach, and great place to go kayaking.

Extremely helpful staff
We enjoyed almost everything about this hotel. The location was excellent, the rooms, laundry facility, pool, and spa were spotless. The onsite restaurant, Bunz, has amazing food. The staff there are also very friendly. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to San Diego

Old Town San Diego is a must. You can also hop on the mts(public transportation) with a 5 dollar day pass and hop on and off all day long stopping at many attraction

Great Value, Noisy Hotel
The location of this hotel is excellent, within 5 miles of about everything we wanted to do in San Diego, and the price couldn't be beat. The hotel was adequate. My only complaint was that it was extremely noisy. You can hear walking upstairs above you, and the housekeeping staff woke me at 8 am every morning outside my window. Good place to stay if you are planning on being up and out for the day, if you are looking for a little daytime R&R and an afternoon nap, way too noisy!!!

LadyC's Thanksgiving Stay
The pictures were a little deceiving. The stay was average. For $90+ a night I expected more. The cleaning staff was awesome. Front desk staff not so much. As for recommending this hotel, humm - depends on what they are looking for.
