NOT WORTH IT!!! LOOKS ARE DECEIVING!
My girlfriend and I stayed in 1 of the hotels junior suites. We chose this room because it had a double sized jacuzzi tub. The tub was horrible!!! First of all there wasnt enough hot water to fill it even half way. The 4 of the 8 jets popped off even before we turned the jets on and were floating around the tub. When my girlfriend went down to complain they sent someone up to our room to pop the jets back in but they just kept coming off. The pictures on the website make the hotel look dreamy however it was a dump! Definately not worth the money! Also for breakfast all they had was cold or hot cereal They didnt even offer fresh fruit. We were highly dissatisfied with our stay and will never stay there again. NOT WORTH THE $.....stay at an embassy suites or best western youll enjoy your stay!

Like a Bed and Breakfast
This was a beautiful home at one time and currently maintains that nostalgia and ambiance of yesteryear. Rooms were comfortable with high-speed Internet. Bathrooms were luxurious with a BIG jacuzzi tub. The only issue was the lack of water flow and hot water at the wash basin. The continental breakfast was the same everyday, but enough for a good start. Iced water with fruit and/or coffee were available all day. That was really nice! Would highly recommend. Very convenient to everything in Sacramento without the business sounds of cars, trucks, etc. Enjoy!

bad advertising
the hotel did not appear the same as it looked on the net . And there was construction and remodeling going on at the hotel. it smelled like old moth balls and not very clean. flooring looked old and dirty, the shower did not work properly some of the linen looked dirty like it was not changed out before we checked in.the room was very spacious and appeared clean. there was no continental breakfast there when we went down for the morning . it was early so we left around 9am when we checked out. not a place i would come back to unless it appeared to make the right changes.

A Great Value With Superior Location
A very comfortable room which was quiet, centrally located and had a historical feel. Only thing missing was larger TV with "In Room" movie options. I will stay at this hotel again and recommend to all my friends. Wish I would have know about it earlier.
