good price for room
front desk personnel were friendly, courteous , helpful and always with a smile. hotel price was very good. bed was comfortable maybe a bit hard for my liking, but I understand they said mattresses were all new. bathrooms was horrible. smelled like mildew, due to the curtains they use. some towels looked old and dirty they were mixed with the newer ones. I was afraid to use them. they should toss out old dingy looking ones. whites are meant to look white not grey and dingy.

don't go to the grill across the street from the hotel. food is not good. and if you order food to be delivered...it costs an arm and a leg. we ordered Thai food...our tab for fried rice and thai noodles and chicken skewers..$.49.00, and it was not all that.

Odd smell
It was clean, quiet, and breakfast was free. New carpeting is apparent in much of the hotel. Our room had an odd odor, but we adjusted to it after being in the room for a bit. But price was good for what we got!

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The light did not work when I first walk in. The room and bath were clean. The shuttle to airport worked great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Terrible service
The room was clean two days before our arrival. Too much noise at night. We pay for the "free shuttle" to the airport. I do not recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for
I am surpised there were so many great reviews, as I did not have a good experience. First the check in gave me attitude because it was slightly before 3pm. Then after I asked for a late check out so I could change after a meeting before headin to the airport, I came back to a locked room that had been completely turned over. They threw away my food, water, etc. luckily I had taken my bag and laptop with me, or who knows where it would be. Not happy. Very far away from everything, although convienent to the I5.

Scary and old
Expected more from a Wyndham hotel. Lobby was nice but once I walked across the parking lot to find my room, I was extremely disappointed. All carpet, drapes, etc. were old and mildew smelling. I slept in my clothes and was not thrilled to have to walk across the parking lot alone at 3:00 am with all my belongings to catch the shuttle to the airport. Would never stay here again regardless of price.

Hall Carpets
This hotel is great if using the airport - good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hallway carpets are, however, absolutely filthy - almost afraid to walk on them. They spoil an othewise very nice establishment.
