Excellent hotel and location
The breakfast was great with lots of variety and choices. The bed was very comfortable as was the entire room.

You get what you pay for
The railroad was not a problem; I heard it and just turned over to go to sleep. They do provide earplugs in the room for you. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It does need some updating in the rooms; furniture was dated, marred, scarred and bruised from what looked like lots of rough guests. If this doesn't bother you, and you can block out the train whistles, it is a good place to stay and I would do so again.

Pleased with our stay in Sacramento
We attended a conference while in Sacramento. We were close to our destination, had everything we needed and would stay there again, and recommend to others.

Reasonable Value
Location was very convenient for the purpose of our trip. Price was reasonable. The free continental breakfast bar was better than expected. Room was a bit smaller than I expected. I definitely heard the guest in the room overhead at night and again in the morning.

Even though the hotel location was perfect, the hotel room was less then perfect. It did not have a refrigrator, chairs or a couch, nor did it offer full TV cable. The complementary breakfast was marginal and lacked the variety that we expected.

issue w/ room smelling like urine but was moved with no further drama
when i first checked in i was given a room that smelled like urine. they changed me out w/out drama but that sucked after a long day of work. the breakfast was alright ... not really my thing but lots of options for most people.
