DUMONT MOTEL IS NOT A BAD PLACE TO SAY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ON A TIGHT BUDGET.A DECENT PRICE FOR A DECENT ROOM.MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR INSIDE ROOM IS ALWAYS A PLUS,IRIONING BOARD AC,NICE SIZE TELEVISION.ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE BATHROOM PLUG DIDNT WORK,AND ONE OF THE LAMPS.ITS HARD TO FLAT IRION YOUR HAIR IN DIM LIGHT AND ARENT ABLE TO DO IT IN THE BATHROOM WHERE MOST WOMEN LIKE TO GET READY.DESK CLERK NEEDS TO SMILE MORE,OTHER THAN THAT NOT BAD.

This was the worst hotel I have lodged in some time. The desk clerk was rude and made unnecessary requests during check in. The site appeared run down with plenty of vagrancy on site and surrounding areas. The hallways had construction debris and smelled bad. The elevator was not functional and the stairway was covered with tarps, the lighting was dim and there was a musty odor. When I walked in the room I got a bad scent, similar to spoiled food. A desk chair had terrible beige stains of who knows what. This is not a place any decent human being would want to stay in. The online description of this hotel is completely misleading...do yourself a favor and learn from my experience.

Hotel under renovation and it sure needs it. Room not ready to occupy, No ground floor rooms. Walked through construction. Bathroom dirty, Smoke detector beeping, battery replaced but started beeping again at 1 morning and beeped all night. Swimming pool dirty and not servicable. Better valures close by, cheaper and look much better.

This hotel was filthy inside and out. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, there were holes in the bed spread, and transients wandered around the balconies. The room was so horrible I walked out and got another hotel. It was very cheap, and the location was very good but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

I've stayed and booked in 100's of rooms over the past several years and i've booked most of them online, I've never had a place tell me they couldn't find my reservation adter they charged my card. Staff was unfriendly and there were prostitues in the parking lot.

The beds werent very comfortable but it was a good place to stay at the last min and for cheap!

Horrible. Room was discusting. I ask for a non smoking room and everyone around us was smoking. I even mentioned it to the clerk the next morning and she said she knew it smelled of smoke. She also said that some time people request non smoking room and then smoke in them. Frustrating! Some women knocked on my door @ 2 am looking for some dude. The shower leaked, the tiles in the bathroom were broken, the bed was very hard, wallpaper was lifting from walls...horrible!

I ask for a non smoking room and EVERYONE around us was smoking. There were drug deals going on down stairs from our room. We had a women banging on our door at 2 am looking for someone. The bathtub faucet was leaking and you couldn't get it to turn off. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and lifting. No microwave. Not even a pin to write with. When I checked in they gave me my key and sent me on my way. She asked what credit card I was going to be using and didn't even know how much the room cost was. I'll never stay at this hotel again!

Absolutely AWFUL!!! The hallways smelled like fecal matter. Our room was not clean, the beds were filthy, the toilet was clogged and would not flush, the shower head did not function, there were only two hand towels supplied, no bath towels. There was drug use and homeless people in the parking lot. On top of all this, the door to our room wouldn't shut. The worst part was that when we complained to the front desk about the condition of the room, they didn't care. Do yourself a favor, stay as far away from this hotel as you can, it should be closed by the health department.
