My boyfriend n I were out w our friends n it was getting late so I decided instead of driving an hour back home we should just get a hotel room for the night and hang out. My expectations were not high I just wanted to watch tv and hang out w my boyfriend n get some sleep I arrived at 4am to the hotel. We woke up n was out by 1030 cause check out is 11am n they charge $25 an hour if your late checking out next thing I knew I saw $200 being pulled from my account from this hotel. I went in there thinking it was a mistake but no they said it smelt like smoke in there n they had to shut the room down for 10 days n I was going to be charged he told me to just close my bank account cause he is not stopping the transaction he ran my bank account dry. I told him my boyfriend n I don't even smoke u can smell our clothes n look threw Our things we have never smoked I was being completely honest w him n stated to get upset n cry cause now I was being charged $300 for a room I spent 6 hours in that the sheets were dirty, they wouldn't change our room to a new room, it smelt funny before we got in there, n I told him anywhere but the first floor n he gave me the first floor by the exit where people smoke. Most people would say let me take that off your right I don't smell smoke on you, ypot door is by an exit n don't see anything in your purse I don't even own a liter n take off the $200 cleaning fee but this guy wouldn't do that. I asked to see his hotel policy rules n he said he was the manager n that's his rules he couldn't even show me on paper where it said that. I am a navy veteran I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life n this was the WORST experience ever. Stay away from this hotel unless necessary red roof is $40 n way clean n better customer service then this if not red roof the Hilton they are always sweet n accommodating n don't charger u unnecessary fees.
