just not what expected from a four star hotel, truely disappointed.

It is such an awful experience for Convention and vacationers to look at your site and select a hotel thinking your rating as a 4 Star hotel is accurate and reliable. This hotel was awful. First, the elevator was broken during our stay. We were onthe third floor. The rooms are very small. The key card for the door never worked. You had to call the front desk to get in. The parking spaces were very, very small and very few available. Family members worked as the staff for the hotel. It was a very disappointing experience Please correct the misleading rating for this hotel.

you can't do better for $40--clean room, satellite TV, wifi, firm bed, very eager to please staff. But it's no luxury suite. Most irritating is the lighting--bright overheads, impossible to adjust or ignore Bring your own lamp. It's also on a noisy street with a combination of local street folks and nice restaurants, 15 minute walk to the capitol.

It was clean although it had that musty cheap hotel smell when you first walk in. once there, it was ok and the sheets and bathroom and the rest of the room were ok. Good value no doubt. The breakfast, well, you can skip that.

THIS PLACE WAS DISCUSTING AND THIS IS WHY: 2 OF THE 3 TOWELS HAD HAIR STUCK ON THEM AND ALL WERE STAINED, NOT WHITE! THE SINK HAD HAIR IN IT AND AROUND IT ON THE VANITY! THE MICROWAVE WAS FILTHY! THE BLANKETS ON THE BEDS HAD HOLES IN THEM! THERE WAS NO TV REMOTE IN THE ROOM AND THE ONE THAT WAS BROUGHT, DIDN'T WORK!! THE WIFI WAS A JOKE! BARELY HAD A SIGNAL AND WENT OUT REGULARLY!! THE "24 HOUR" OFFICE DOOR WAS LOCKED WHEN I NEEDED TO CHECK OUT! THERE WAS A "PERMANENT TENANT" IN THE ROOM NEXT TO ME, THAT THE OWNER TOLD ME LIVED THERE!!!! SKETCHY PEOPLE AND LOCATION! WAS THERE ON BUSINESS AND DEFINITELY DIDNT HAVE A RELAXED SLEEP FOR THE NEXT DAY! THE OWNER'S AUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISCUSTING AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!!!

Great Location, great service, the man at the counter happily called a cab for us, for the price it doesnt get any better.

I liked everything just the color of bedspread and curtains need to be updated.

The toilet leaked, carpet was unclean, bed was scratchy, parking lot filthy, elevator out of service, drapes hung unevenly - even the manager had old food on his clothes.

To begin with, my key didn't work. Then the room I reserved was not the room I got. The street out side sounded like I had the door and window open. The refridgerator rattled when turning on or off and the faucet at the sink was loose. even though I had a non-smoking room and I never opened my door or window I could smell smoke in my room. The dest staff was very kind and helpful though.

staff were wonderful family oriented. the cleaning staff is great. no smell in the room. need to flush the stairways and need to replace mattress or use mattress protector..but overall, great deal and got moneys worth
