Go hiking and horseback riding in the beautiful desert wilderness, or bike trough miles of beautiful trails. Ride the tram to the top of Mt. San Jacinto. Its okay for the price
It was an okay hotel for the price. Definitely NOT a good place for teenagers or young adults. Our room was hidden in a small corner with no view whatsoever. The room was not very clean. NO flat screen TVs. Most of the rooms were under construction. Only the breakfast was good. Not staying here next time.

Excellent weekend retreat
The hotel is central to downtown Palm Springs shops & eateries as well as close proximity to Palm Desert location. The staff was courteous & friendly. I would recommend this facility for a weekend getaway on a budget. Very cool.

Short Get Away
Front desk service excellent. Housekeeping abysmal. On the two full days I was at the hotel my room had not been made up by mid afternoon when I returned from hiking needing a shower and a little rest. Impossible when one doesn't know at what moment the maid might arrive.When I complained I was told that I had to "order," a morning maid service if I wanted my room done before lunch. A notice in the room about this should have been posted.. Many large water toys were in the pool most of the time and were flung about with great abandon by the children. It is the parents' job to look after their children, but the hotel should not provide these items unless there is a lifeguard available to prevent the inevitable accidents. Nice touch was a small lending "library," in the lobby. Fridge and microwave worked perfectly.

Good for Dogs, Kids, & OK for Mom
It isn't fancy or updated, but it has just the basic(dogs allowed/pool/hot tub/coffee maker/check out noon/breakfast included with waffle maker!). Tinto Restaurant, (Chef Jose Garces fr Chopped) is across the street. The Aerial Tram is great for kids & adults, & the busy strip is close but the far enough that noise is minimal.

Close to downtown Palm Springs and comfortable
It was a nice hotel to stay at for the vicinity to downtown area and the beauty of the mountains outside our door. I found the people at front desk very nice and helpful. will stay again when we return to Palm Springs.

great week
glad we found this place, will return. Nothing special, just good place to stay. Need to upgrade some tv's and wireless service does not work with Android systems, Though they have a computer in the office to use, which was helpful. Great pool area, huge with lots of chairs.

So-so motel, but a great room
The motel is nothing special, but the room (#141) was perfect. I was with 3 other people (in other rooms) and we were there to celebrate our friend's 40th bday. As it turns out, my room (in the back corner on the ground floor) opened onto a secluded grassy area with lots of trees, and there was an outdoor table there with 4 chairs. It was a pleasant place for the 4 of us to congregate before and after we had dinner. Very nice, actually.
