Excellent for families

We wish we could stay longer. I have 3 adult children with us and stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It was a home away from home for us. The appliances were old but they work fine. We spent most of the two days in excursions anyway and we looked forward coming back to rest at the end of a long day. The garage was very small but we had plenty of space on the driveway. It rained for two days but would have enjoyed the grill in the patio and the pools if weather just permitted. So on our check out day, we took a morning walk and got the bikes out for a ride before breakfast. We will definitely recommend this place for families.

Water park and Boomers is close by for kids. Von's grocery and Target is conveniently close as well even though there are no restaurants or stores in the resort.

Palm Springs Getaway

We rented a studio room. The sleeping arrangements were horrible. the bed was apull-down bed with no boxspring and a very thin mattress on a board. We were stuck as the Resort requires prepay with no refund. We asked about lowering the air conditioning a couple of degrees below 72 and were told no because the air conditioner would freeze up which made no sense. Also the staff never smiled.

Oasis Resort

Resort was nice, clean and quiet. Having a garage and bikes was a nice treat. it was nice to be a bit off of the strip, yet too far away from anything. Condo was missing a coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable for any of us.

Peace Among the Palms

Great laid back vacation place! Nothing too over the top - no cabanas or pool waiters (thank God), which made it peaceful and perfect for our family get away. Just a nice, clean, friendly atmosphere. Beautiful, sparkling pools with loads of mature trees and lovely flowers made it easy to relax and unwind. Ideal for a get away from it all, but close enough to all the attractions - a chill home-base to come back to after a hike or day at the zoo. Excellent value and great comfort. We'll be back!

All the comforts of home, but bring your own shampoo

Deluxe accommodation was a well equipped 2 bedroom home, complete with garage and patio. Brought the kids, their bikes, and enjoyed a peaceful couple of days. The amount of space was grand and a fully equipped kitchen (and outdoor gas bbq) saved on eating out. There was even a washer dryer in the unit. Resort is a time share, and once you check in, there's no housekeeping. Bathrooms have soap, but bring your own shampoo. Two adult bikes in garage, but both were men's style. The pools were a bit on the cool side (temperature) for mom, but it didn't stop the kids from hours of fun. Any changes to reservation needs to be made thru timeshare company, staff had very limited capacity to problem solve.

Quick Getaway

Was like the comforts of home & very close to downtown Palm Springs where we spent time shopping & dining... Other than a brief uncomfortable encounter in regards to our correct check out date, everything was fine. We had to go spend time at the office clearing up the situation. The staff handled the situation professionally, so we can get back to the FUN!
