Great birthday vacation stay
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a birthday celebration. The location of the hotel was ideal. walking distance from great restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived we got upgraded to a room with a balcony and a air purifier for no extra charge. The valet was incredibly fast and friendly. Pool was amazing and the view from the rooms was perfect. I will definitely be going back to stay at this hotel.

Great Location
Staff was very friendly even though they wouldn't let us check in an hour early. The location is great, walking distance to the strip and very close to Sherman's, go there for breakfast!

Girls trip
For someone who judges on appearance, the outside seems to be old fashioned, but it completely was beautiful inside. Modern and new ! Went to the pool 2 days in a row, quick and friendly pool service, welcoming staff, let us check in early. Valet was free, which was really nice. We shared a King Bed, room was very clean and modern, perfect for two people who wanted to get away. Close to downtown Palm Springs. Weather was 115! Very hot but what do you expect! Its the desert! Defiantly would stay here again.

the Spa hotel Palm Springs
While I do miss the Agua room restaurant at the Spa hotel, the restaurants at the casino across the street more than make up for it. the Steakhouse is one of the best in town. The pool area is past it's prime, but the friendly vibe of the pool bar makes up for it. The hotel is far enough from the main drag to avoid the crowds and noise, but close enough that it is an easy walk.

walk 3 blocks to Palm Canyon and stroll up and down perusing the menus untill something grabs your attention. there are no end to the choices.

Location was perfect. About 2 blocks from Downtown. Room was Comfy. The pool area was nice, but could use a little more renovation. Hotel looks a little iffy from the outside, but the inside is really really nice.

just a few minutes to the main street and very convenient! Also room was clean and comfortable bed. I would consider coming back to this hotel next time.

nice hotel with a great location!
