facilities let it down
This is Not an inexpensive hotel, but during our stay (mid October ) - Restaurant in hotel closed, Coffee bar under renovation, Buffet breakfast only available Saturday and Sunday and Buffet dinner only friday, saturday & Sunday. Pool Area as always superb. Shame they appear to have lost interest in catering for their guests.

Great Get Away
This was a GREAT spot for a Birthday get away. I enjoyed everything. The staff was very nice the pool was nice and the gym was very nice. The spa is a must to start the weekend off. A Deffinit go back.

just a few minutes to the main street and very convenient! Also room was clean and comfortable bed. I would consider coming back to this hotel next time.

Palm Springs Getaway
Great service, comfortable and clean room, fitness academy a viable workout area and not just an after thought to add to list of hotel amenities, and more,,, but, unforgettable the use of the spa which was worth every penny spent! We'll be back for sure! We were looking for a hotel near the Palm Dessert city center as none could even come close to the value of the Spa Casino Resort. We'll stick to Downtown Palm Springs.

Downtown Palm Springs is virtually empty in the summer, so choosing a restaurant is easy without any lines.

Wonderful location right in center of town. Great mineral pools , so relaxing, and well equipped gym and great yoga classes all included in resort fee.

Met our expectations
We had a brief stay at this hotel on our way to Disneyland. We got n late and left early the next day, so we did not get a chance to enjoy the area or atmosphere. Nice hotel, clean, loved the fact it had a microwave and refrig. in basic room. Bathroom large, beds comfortable, staff very pleasant and we found NO BED BUGS. The large pool was cold, but it had a super huge jacuzzi and a smaller pool which was heated, great outdoor facilities. Perfect for what we needed. Short drive to Desert Hills Outlets as well.

Location is great! offers a variety of things to do, the pool area, the gym, the spa. great for couples to get away and indulage in a variety of activities, its also good for family. will return more then once.
