The Place To Be
We had a wonderful stay at the Spa Resort Hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed at the hotel by all members of the staff beginning with the valet and reception attendants who took the time to check us in and to answer all our questions with a friendly smile. Our room was spacious, clean, had a generous amount of lotions, soaps, and daily necessities to meet our needs, including a morning newspaper and terrific buffet breakfast. Although our visit was short, the hotel location was perfect and enabled us to enjoy a number of activities within a short walking distance. We enjoyed the outside cafes, the street fair, the Spa Casino, the Palm Springs Follies,the swimming pool and the mineral pools at the hotel. We look forward to our next visit to Palm Springs and to the Spa Resort Hotel.

Great family getaway
We were there to relax and hang out with the family. Everything was beyond our expectations for the price we paid. We had a great time and were really satisfied. The only negative part was that there were other hotel guests smoking in the pool eventhough it was smokefree area. (We traveled with kids). None of the hotel staff told them not to smoke in this smokefree zone....

Decent hotel in Palm Springs,
Decent hotel in Palm Springs, hotel is across the road from the Casino, no children are allowed in this casino not like Las Vegas. Overall good place with helpful staff.

Great location and hotel
The hotel was clean, the rooms looked like they had just recently been redone, great location just a little more than a block from downtown Palm Springs, The casino isn't attached to the hotel but it is right across the street and easy to get to.

good location
The staff was not very friendly. We need to change rooms and it took forever. They just kept saying it will be a few more minutes, which took four hours. Just keep lying to us.

pretty good

great hotel
The only thing I didn't know was the breakfast vouchers were for the Casino breakfast in separate building. My daughter was only 14 so could not go there. The manager signed off right away on our coupons on we got to eat in the hotel restaurant. Each voucher was worth $8, and we paid the difference if we had more. The rooms were very clean, staff was excellent, and a beautiful hotel. WOuld stay again.

shopping on palm canyon is a short 2 blocks away. Bring comfortable shoes and summer clothing.
