Great Location.

On the Positive: Great location for casino stay & downtown PS. Wonderful Room Service Staff & Parking Staff, even provide a ride to casino on golf cart (not that you need it). Large room. Tasty dishes at Sherman's Deli & bakery across the street. On the Negative: A bit deserted after hours & some vagabonds. Casino had about 25% of machines down or off? As for the hotel; when remodeling took place, they forgot to include the restroom! Super small & if you're taller than 5'7" watch your head! Also, ice machines not centrally located & walls are paper thin. Could hear banging & service carts @ all hours. No surprise to find security waiting outside door next to ours on checkout. Also, no complimentary newspaper to room in a.m. & no tv checkout available, odd for a resort? hotel. Would not return unless super rate available.

Great amentities and location

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Room was nicer than expected. Spacious, clean, updated d├ęcor and fairly sound proof. Despite other reviews stating staff not friendly, everyone treated us courteously. Great pool area and spacious hot tub. Fitness facility was a nice addition; not just a room with a few treadmills, but a full-scale fitness club. Wonderful location convenient to village restaurants and shops. The nightly rate was a steal; would expect to pay up to 4 times more in many other cities for same amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

Worst customer service at any hotel I have ever dealt with

Extremely rude staff. Would not accommodate a simple request that every other hotel I've ever dealt with has. Was rude to me when I was trying to be flexible. Even sent me a fake manager to talk to after the first person said there was no manager available to talk to.

Not worth the price

Found the Spa Resort Casino Hotel not to be worth the price I paid. The hotel and rooms need updating. The paint was peeling on the bathroom door. The hotel was understaffed. Don't plan to go back. I took my boyfriend for his birthday and was disappointed.

Nice place, but.........

Front desk personnel were ok although they did not give accurate info when I called to ask what time the pool opened, so we got to wait an hour as the maintenance crew cleaned etc. The people in the casino and the Deli in the casino were rude and acted as if we were bothering them when we asked questions. Also, thought it stunk that you have to park a block away if you choose not to use their valet service.
