Meh.
The power went out both days, both times while I was in the shower. Calling the front desk to let them know was an event in itself, was told that the power wasn't out (really?) and it took about 20 minutes for the breaker to be reset. No follow through on if it was back on (a simple call to the room to make sure would have been nice). The water in the shower did not stay one temperature consistently. Other than that, it was a blah hotel experience. Nothing really stood out about the hotel enough to make up for the power going out.

Relaxing visit
I was pleasantly surprised, considering the price, that this hotel provided all the amenities I needed. The staff was very pleasant and my room was kept clean. I would definitely use this hotel again. The location was close to many restaurants and grocery/drug stores, which can be handy when traveling.

Nice Staff. Very good for the price.

It was OK, but....
The room we were given (103) was very tired. The furniture was broken, the carpet stained, the wall paper needed work, the bed was too worn. The staff was helpful. The local discounts were handy. The pool and hot tub were excellent.

Take off your list of available hotels
The Room was shabby, drywall peeling along the baseboards, showers was so old, didn't work well. I found LARGE bugs in shower area!! Drywall VISIBLY peeling at baseboard front office. Best thing was friendliness of staff, TV channel selection.

Good service for a Bargain Price.
When we arrived at the Quality Inn, we were immediately offered an upgraded room since they weren't too busy at the time (it was Christmas eve). From that moment on we had a favorable view of the motel and the staff. Our room and the motel grounds were clean and tidy and the pool area was cute and inviting. There was a decent family restaurant right next door which turned out to be very convenient for us. This is an older motel, so there are some structural things that were need of attention (our bathtub/ shower really needed replacement...as did the door to our room). But because it was so affordable, we were willing to overlook these things. Location was very convenient....very centrally located. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Practical
Tired but clean and comfortable. Good value. Nice to be able to park your car near your door. Ralph's and Walgreens minutes away. Many good golf courses close by. Indian Canyons N. five minutes away through a neighbourhood of very cool classic 60's Palm Springs long and low ranchers. You can really sense Bob Hope and the Rat Pack. Don't miss Manhattan in the Desert, great Deli/Restaurant.

Palm Springs Fenatic
okay for price
The one older gentleman at front desk was very rude and acted like it was a problem to help. Not good customer service at all. The other younger gentleman was very pleasant. The hotel was nice for the price and the rooms were decent.

Peabodys Bar is a very fun hang out. They have Karaoke and the Bartenders are very nice.
