Good value for Palm Springs in high season

I have been to Palm Springs many times for Easter weekend when room rates are sky high. The Travelodge is a good overall value when the location and cost are compared to downtown locations. Continental breakfast is included which adds to the value.

vacation

Nice hotel. Had a good time overthere. Nice an clean rroom. Bathrrooms nice. Breakfast ok. Quiet during the week and a kind of busy on the weekends. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Location ok. The only thing is they charge me 27 dolares in fees at the check out. So be sure have extra cash.

Getting worn-down again

I guess i was expecting a bit much from the room because the remodel looked so well done, but the wear and tear is showing on the rooms already. However, the pool area looks great, love the outdoor beds, but pool was a bit greenish. Overall, a good place to stay for a night & for the money.

Repeat Stayer

I have been going to this Treavelodge before the upgrade. I have always like the location mins from downtown and close to everything. Yet close enough to be apart of everything that goes on in the city. Now the traveloge is a resort the upgrades are great nicer good, bikes to ride ect. I come to Palm Springs about 5 times a year so the Travelodge is always at the top of my list of hotels to stay at when the price is right i am there.

good value

My wife and I stayed for a week. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, cabanas, WiFi, and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fairly limited but okay. The bathroom towels were pretty rough, but the "luxurious" beach towels were fine. They have bikes for free rent, which would have been nice if we had time.

Just what I needed

I had to find a place on short notice near the airport. I only needed a place to take a quick nap and shower before catching a plane at 6:00 AM. Front desk help arranged for a cab to meet me and even cane to my room in the morning to make sure I was up and able to make my flight. Nothing fancy but just what i needed. Very courteous and helpful gentleman running the place for the 4 hours I was there.

Great value

Very good value for a 5 night stay in Palm Springs during the week of Thanksgiving. Arrived at 10pm, asked for extra pillows and they arrived in just a few minutes. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. Location is good, just a bit south of the center of town and not too traffic-y. Only negative was the early morning garbage truck noise which happened twice during our stay - knowing that this is sure to disturb guests they should arrange for this to happen no earlier than late morning instead of around 7am.
