Pros: Decent location; great pool; family-friendly; free underground parking (car was kept cool from sun); cordial, responsive staff; beautifully maintained exterior & grounds Cons: check-in took very long; room wasn't ready at 4PM per published availability; room needed repairs (e.g. sliding bathroom door fell off track, kitch cabinet drawer fell off, dishwasher racks didn't slide); could have used more dishes/silverware

My whole family really liked this resort. The room we had was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was awesome,two pools with great water slides for the kids. I will most definitley stay here again when visiting palm springs.

Palm Desert and Rancho MIrage are closeby with very good dining facilities (P F Changs, Olive Garden, Roy's, Cheesecake Factory) and good shopping

This hotel was just okay
The location and cleanliness of the hotel were great. However, our neighbors in the next room ended up being a bunch of high school/college kids that decided that the hotel was a place to party instead of sleep. We had to call the front desk twice before anything was done about it, so we were very happy that we only stayed here one night.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a 50th birthday party & they accommodated our family by giving us rooms close to one another. The rooms were large & had kitchens making fam get togethers comfortable & easy.

Close to Indian Canyons which has excellent hiking although there is an admission fee. A quiet location, away from traffic & city noises. Shopping & the airport are only 5-10 minute drive.

Palm Canyon Resort and Spa - Ughhhh!!!
We were placed in the wing that does not surround the pool area. This place is very runned down. Its a shame that the resort has not been maintained. I am one of the original owners and it truly has been sad seeing this once beautiful place go down hill.

Love this place!
:) This is my 2nd time here in just 2 weeks! I love the pool and the bar right next to it! Last time I went with the girls: mom and sister, this time I went with my fiance, and honestly had an equally great time! Come join the pool people even if you're there for just one night

Great, relaxing time!
Loved the pool, just stay away from the kids pool, they can get pretty rowdy! Rooms are a lil older but has all the amenities you need! And a whole kitchen! Loves it
