Nice place for a family get away,,,
We had a good time check in was easy, and the pool was real nice , the staff was Greattttttt, I would say it is a good palce for the Family...

PERFECT TIME FOR MY FAMILY

Poor Reception
For a place with such a great pool and pool bar I was shocked at the rude check in people and the chaotic atmosphere there. We did not like our room and asked them to switch it and it was a fiasco. Other guests tell of similar stories. Rooms were a bit small and need some maintenance, the place looks heavily used in general. The pool is a saving grace, great people working the pool area and great pool scene in general.

great stay in Palm Springs area
Great hotel with pleasant staff and wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet atmosphere, but with activites for kids if desired. Really enjoyed our 9 day stay and would return.

Perfect for Families with Kids
Our hotel room was huge with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. There were multiple activities scheduled each day like bingo, card games, wii tournaments, etc. We loved the pool, checking out board games from the front desk and the 3 TVS in our room. We had both a DVD player and a VCR. There was not daily maid service, but considering all the activities, we didn't care much.

a great family getaway
I went this past weekend for the Tour of Palm Springs with the Family, I notice the room was very clean and the house keeping staff members very nice and cordial.

Perfect little getaway
My bf and I wanted to get away from the horrible winter weather and we couldn't have picked a better weekend or hotel pool to relax in the sun. This is the absolute best pool to lounge around and relax at. I totally felt like a was somewhere in cancun as I was having a margarita and lying out poolside. The rooms were also very clean and the bed was super comfy. My bf and I had just a great time and we will definitely stay here again.

Palm springs has great furniture stores. Everything from modern to contemporay to Victorian. Whatever your like is. And if you like t-shirts, let me tell you there are many, many t-shirt shops.

Clean and friendly.
Off the beaten path but easy to find. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Clean. Fairly quite for a place filled with kids (unless you face the pool.)
