spring break with kids
Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is very old in terms of the kitchen, towels, bedding but overall a great place to stay with lots of room. We were on the back side of hotel which was bad because of the 4 am deliveries to the restaurant every morning. We will stay here again. The same price as a small one room hotel and it's a big condo.

fantastic fam/friend getaway
It's was awesome. Having a kiddie pool is definitely a plus. Rooms are great d very dpacious. Had a blast this was my third time there.

SO COOL
fun-last minute getaway
Wonderful guest services, everyone was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, just a little bit out-dated. Wonderful place to stay with an even better price. I AM OFFICALLY MAKING THIS MY HOTEL FOR PALM SPRINGS everytime I come to vacation there!!!

Your own apartment!
It's an apartment for the price of a motel room! Living room, dining room, full kitchen, bedroom with king or 2 doubles, bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 toilets, shower and bathtub. Very spacious,clean, quiet, superior A/C, excellent location, underground parking, attentive staff. People used to live in this condo. Even though it's not new, it's still in good condition. I never want to stay in a small motel room again!

the realy ugly
The hotel is not the same you see in their pictures, in the sense that the hotel need mayor improvements, to old, the furniture is to decayed, and dusty, the only reason I did not leave was that I had already paid, this hotel has great potential, but they need to do a mayor remodeling. Everything is too old and nothing functions properly, we had problems with the shower, we could not get hot water, the outlets in the bathroom did not work, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

very good central location,has great potential,wonderfull freindley staff,but the hotel is very run down,deteriorated smelly rooms,carpet ripped humid paper thin worn everywhere from rooms to hallways.furniture that you feel disgusted to lean on or over,i dont know if it is dirty or it it looks that way,in need of massive remodel,other wise nobody should bother visiting,they are wasting great potential.

palm canyon dr the main entertainment in the town is two blocks walking.the tramway lift to san jacinto mountain is worth every penny,and very enjoyable,make early resrvation to the restaurant on top of the mountain.

Great location, huge room
The hotel is in a great location, huge room with a full kitchen and living room. Nice big bathroom. The hotel isn't fancy but it's clean and spacious. Great place to bring kids. Two blocks from the main drag. Very reasonably priced!
