Marquis Villa Resort
Very nice, big & clean. Loved the location. Liked the fact that I could cook my own meals as it had a full functioning kitchen stocked with all the things (pots, pans, etc) I needed to cook.

A Place for a long stay
Courteous and helpful front desk personnel created a fine first impression which was then carried through to the room. It was a very large suite with a surprisingly large bathroom. The bathroom was intended to be used by two people but was rather strangely designed, but the living room and bedroom were spacious and comfortable - the beds particularly so. An equipped kitchen adds to the versatility, so even with that insidious "Resort Fee" that all the hotels in Palm Springs add on, the room was very reasonably priced.

Weekend in PS
I have stayed at this property several times over the past 20 years. The furnishings need some updating but the units are very spacious, clean and close to downtown Palm Springs.

Nice Place
We had a great stay in Palm Springs and the hotel was very much a bargan for the price. These rooms are hugh, with full kitchens, dining area, living room and one bedroom. The bath room was really big with a nice soaking tub. The pool and grounds are perfect and the staff very friendly. The only flaw was the carpet needs to be replaced.

We've stayed at this hotel several times now. The staff is always very helpful. The rooms (1 Bdrm. Suites) are twice the size of a regular hotel room, with a full kitchen It is an older place, but the size of the rooms makes an excellent value.

Great location
Don't know why this is only a 2* as it was perfect. 2 bathrooms even. Only thing we had to do once was call for towels & coffee. Since we didn't have a car, the location was ideal...1 block to a little store, 1 block to city center, 2 blocks to casino and right next door to a wonderful restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value
Large suite with nice amenities. The location was perfect. Only a couple of blocks walk to bars, restaurants and shopping in downtown Palm Springs.

after seeing 2 rooms, we left for home without staying
no hot water, torn carpeting, threadbare bedcovers, both rooms they claimed had nice views, actually overlooked airconditioning on roof and sleezy parking lot next door. We left after getting assurance that manager would call us the next day to confirm our charge card was not charged. He didn't call...no surprise there! I contacted my credit card company to cancel payment on this transaction.
