Marquis Villas
[...] Main door had 1/2 inch gap in the jam, carpet was thread bare and mattresses were old, lumpy and did not have mattress pads. Were told it was the only room available. Last night we asked for an updated room, and they accomodated. Liked the location and second room. Would stay again, but not in the first room.

Huge suite, great location and price
I got a huge 1br condo suite at a great price. Clean but 80's-dated building showing a bit of wear and tear, no bar or restaurant onsite, but many nearby. Easy walk to downtown, across the street from the Arenas St. gay restaurant/bars/shops area. I'll definitely be back.

GREAT PRICE, GREAT ROOM
I was very impressed with the Hotel Staff when we arrived. She was extremely helpful & friendly, very down to earth. It happened to be a busy weekend, but we were checked in no problem. The room layout was great. You walk in and it was very open and roomy. 1 Bedroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bath. Clean. Love the huge patio window. Although there was no door to close to the bedroom, it was okay for us. The fireplace will be great for a winter visit. Walking distance to town. I would definitely stay here again. This is a great deal!

Excellent Value - great location
The rooms were excellent - an entire suite including living/dinning room, kitchen, bedroom 2 baths and balcony. The amenties included parking, tennis, swimming, fitness center etc. This is an excellent value.

wonderful stay
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were HUGE!! The location was perfect (just a couple of blocks to all the fun), no need for our car. Pool was ok. After a while it got kinda crowded but thats just because its so small. Clean, friendly, and great location.

Great Place to Stay
Great location, spacious and clean, well appointed, much nicer than I had expected based on previous reviews. Didn't use the pool or other facilities, but they looked clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.
