- There are 182 Deluxe Suites. Enjoy the comfort and elegance of your own 2 room (606 sq. ft.) suite, each with a private balcony from which to delight in a spectacular desert panorama. Perfect for walkers
In the heart of the pedestrian-oriented part of town, the location is perfect: art museum, hikes, Marilynn, restaurants. Downsides: the pool is small and the defunct attached mall.

Very convenient location
We stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a very nice time. The hotel is very comfortable; location is in the middle of everything, and within walking distance to various places to eat, the staff was friendly. Only complaint is the additional $15 fee for parking, per nite but, overall it's a very nice place to stay.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay and everything was great, except the parking--the hotel has no parking and the parking garage is owned by another private company--so it is $15-$20 a night to park there. That should be mentioned so you know it coming into it. Also, there was a $29 charge when we booked above the room rate (taxes and stuff) but another $15 per night "resort fee" charged as you check out. That is a bit annoying. Possibly it is mandated in Palm Springs and the hotel has no control, but it seemed it kept going up--for 2 nights it was $63.32 above the quoted price BEFORE adding the parking charge. The hotel is so nice, it was still pleasant and I would stay there again, but don't like the extra charges.

Great Hotel
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The only negative was the $15.00/day resort fee - felt that was a bit much. But other than that the hotel was very clean, comfortable and a great location - within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Thursday night street festival was right outside the hotel.

excellent stay for me
d. excellent room service,very nice staff. nice and quiet.was really able to rest.everything was excellent, except the unaccepted $20 a night for parking which was never mentioned when booking the room

Palm Springs getaway
I stayed at the hotel for two days and had a really good time. The rooms are well furnished and big. Very comfortbale bed. I loved having a balcony. Pool area is also very nice. I did not go to the restaurant in the hotel - it seemed very elegant, but a bit pricy. The only down side I experienced - paid parking. It is not too pricy, but I did not realize this when booking. I would definitely stay there again.
